After meeting Giuseppe on the Market Appraisal I was totally convinced to choose dg Property Consultants. He completely re-assured me that he would put working professional tenants with doing very thorough background checks on them.
6 months later Giuseppe also sends me inspection reports every so often showing how the tenants are keeping my property. Would totally recommend. Giuseppe is a very mature, professional and informative Estate Agent.

Horrible customer service. Reported faults never get fixed. Faulty bathroom fan caused a fire in our house. We were trying to get it fixed for more than 3 years and nothing happened until the fire broke out. Agent’s and landrlord’s negligence was astonishing. There was plenty of other things that never got fixed, like broken window, damaged ceiling, broken external lighting, etc. Everything reported for years. They just don’t want to hear about problems. They are very happy to charge you excessive rent and fees though. We wouldn’t recommend. Edit: how do you explain the fire caused by the broken fan which has not been repaired for more than 3 years?

Nice friendly and professional. Rented through dg for 3 years. When issues were reported they were dealt with in a prompt manner making them a very proactive and responsive agency. As a tenant I had a great relationship with dg. Cheers guys !

Couldn't have wished for a better service from DG Property Consultants. I instructed them in the sale of my father's property and the service was excellent from start to finish. Couldn't have wished for a more stress free sale - property sold within 3 days of marketing! David and his team were always at hand for any help and advice when needed and was always kept fully up to date with progress right from the start of viewings through to completion. Will not hesitate to use again in the future.
