AVOID this company if you can, if you really can't then please please make sure you have a THOROUGH INVENTORY of the rental property before you move in and check it twice!! They tried to blame and charge me for items left in a garage I didnt even have keys for!! House was in better condition and a lot cleaner when I left than when I moved in but they never provided an inventory on the property when I moved in and that was a huge mistake, please push them for one, on leaving they found false things wrong with the property so they could keep the bond , even evidence didn't stop them ganging up and trying to intimidate me into admitting I did things I don't do, I suspect because I was a single female. They apparently have no record of me, poss due to surname change (or bad record keeping )

I rang diamonds to enquire about a property to which I was sent an email of a questionnaire. I completed the questionnaire and sent it back & after a week I had no reply. I rang them to then be told that we won’t be getting a viewing due to not being selected. They could have at least notified us. I’ve had this experience multiple times when enquiring about a property with them. Will be staying clear of them in the future

"To take legal action against a negative online review, it must be defamatory. To prove a defamation claim, an online review must be: false or dishonest; and. cause (or likely to cause) serious harm to your business' reputation"
I have all the emails here to prove you refused to pay our tradesmen work carried out on one of your properties based in Bargoed. You have owed money to ourselves for over a year now and still refuse to pay. you know like I do, there is nothing dishonest about this and we have emails to prove this.
With regards to letting out properties, I clearly stated my experience with you? or maybe the people reading this should read the 100s of other reviews from people unhappy with your service? Let me guess their all lying as well are they?.
From a Landlords point of view you have been utterly disgusting and the worse company Iv ever had to deal with, and me stating this in form of my freedom to speech wont be threatened by your legal action. The review system is in place to ask people what their experiences was using your company, just because its a negative one you try and threaten legal action. (Maybe this speaks volumes in the type of company you run)
Rather than running to a "Trust" telling them to ask their client to remove a review I have a idea, be honest, pay your debts and maybe then you will start getting better reviews.
All avenues are open and the debt remains unpaid, when you wish to discuss the outstanding amount drop us a email :)

Avoid like the plague, they are quite happy to take your money and leave their rouge slumlords unchecked, Rude and unprofessional agents how have lied to my face, they absolutely love to throw their hands in the air and say 'we can't do anything about it!' lived with a broken boiler for 6 months, they said they can't 'make' The landlord fix it and a hole in the roof for over 5 YEARS resulting in rain constantly pouring through the door and walls. There's a lot more they have done but I don't want to write a book. Please use reputable agents such as Peter Alan instead. While buying a property from them the level customer service was Night and Day. Diamonds deserve to be shut down or investigated at least. Here's some fun pictures of my living conditions for the past couple of years.

Diamonds have an infuriating habit of listing properties online that are nowhere near ready to be viewed or applied for. It makes property searching a lot harder than it needs to be with countless hours researching potential properties that you later find out won't be available for months. Even when you send documents and make a concerted effort to show interest, they are still cagey about telling you when the house will be available.
I found the team at Diamonds in Caerphilly to be quite dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed to think their time was too important to waste on speaking to me. Maybe if they didn't list thousands of properties at once they would have more time to treat potential customers with some basic civility.
When you call Diamonds on the phone, they cannot wait to tell you to fill out an online form instead of bothering them. After filling in the forms countless times, you never hear back from them. After multiple phone calls and in-person visits to the office where I was repeatedly assured they would tell me when the property was ready for viewing, they still never bothered to contact me.
I feel quite fortunate that I haven't ended up renting with them, as I can only imagine how woeful their property management would be with customer service this poor. I sincerely hope landlords stop using them to let their homes as they need to get the message that being responsive, honest and polite is not too much to ask.

Terrible service off this ageny . I rented with them and they never get back to you . They do an inspection and they say ok we will raise it with landlord . Never hear anything back . Dean who just sits on his bottom all day is full of promises but they are fake and he either forgets them or is just rude . Avoid this shabby outfit.

I enquired about 2 properties and filled out the form, waste of time.
Really unprofessional, they claim they already had 5 people viewing the property and it's still isn't let agreed or taken down from the market.
I had to phone to chase them up, and still no reply.

Reaching out all the time for a viewing for houses to let. They keep sending the form automated to fill in about my details and then not getting back to me! And I'm definitely not a red flag when it comes to letting!

Awful estate agents, rented a 3 bed house end terrace in Caerphilly and we had endless problems. Kitchen wall was leaking water showed them during inspections and nothing done, leak got worse and worse and showed them noting done again and again, asked for landlords information declined but noting done, send endless emails nothing done, wasn’t untill I kicked up a fuss the landlord got into contract with me reading this. Diamonds sent builders and they looked said they would come back never did, I was endlessly checking up on what’s happening! Landlord sent his own builders ( been over a year by this point) they stripped the wall and found black mold behind the wall something we was living with for over a year! Wall was stripped to brick left like that for Aprox 5 months! Then was ‘repaired’ only to leak again once rain started! We did have a reduction in rent. But at what point isit ok to leave tenants in a property with black mold?! Top this off damp under stairs started and got worse and worse promised repairs and nothing! Diamonds were rude and incapable of sorting issues or even maintaining the house! We ended up moving out as mentally and physically drained from the issues and the constant fighting for it to be fixed.
All in all empty promises!
Diamonds we followed the contact to a T and everything that happened you was informed from us and we did everything we was supposed todo!
Top this all off we had to wait over a month for our bond back!

Our experience with Diamonds has been excellent. We recently became tenants for one of their properties and the staff have been very helpful and forthcoming with information and responding to our questions (shout-out to Dean and Tina). The whole process was efficient and professional, especially considering the adaptations they had to make in response to the pandemic. The service we received definitely took the edge off the inevitable stress that comes with moving. Thank you!

Andy is fantastic and so considerate of our wishes when it came to the sale of my grandmas property. Jack was brilliant with the viewings, including ensuring he was aware of times and days for viewings. Morgan and Lydia dealt with the buyers and finishing of sale very efficiently.
I would recommend diamonds as there is nothing they won't do for you.
From putting the house on the market to completion of sale it was smooth Sailing. From start to finish it was sorted within just under 3 months.
What more could I have wanted? Thanks to the whole team from laura and a very happy grandmother.

Terrible service, gladly took all the money they could from me and the friends I lived with, tell you what you want to hear when it results in a gain on their behalf however they're rude and unhelpful when they have got what they want from you. Would rate minus stars if it was an option! When being made homeless they showed me another property took my deposit gladly and gave me nothing but sarcasm and intimidation when trying to claim my deposit back after "changing their minds" about renting me the property. Honestly have seen every trick in the book from this company to con and then mistreat clients. Think twice before giving these people money without being sure you can get it back when they decide to change their attitude towards you completely. When in their office a digital copy of a document they claimed was "apparently" not signed was shown to us on the computer screen she claimed she couldn't find no evidence of the document we stated had been given to them we argued that we had definitely provided the document signed and in argument the woman accidentally opened the wrong tab revealing the real version of the document completed and signed where she then miraculously found it. (After I made her re open the tab that she had quickly tried to close) This I truly believe was trickery to try and keep my deposit money.

Before you sign to rent a property the office staff promise you all repairs and problems will get done immediately. NOT SO. Very poor sevice. Knowing what I know now I would never have used them in the first place. When you 'phone the office about a query or problem do not expect a 'phone back from them. You will not get one. I rated them 1 star, I would have preferred to give them a rating of 0 star. Very poor firm indeed in my opinion.

Having used other letting agents for our property in Caerphilly, these guys (and girls) have been the most professional by far. They have communicated and acted fairly for both us and our tenant on a number of issues. if I had other property in the area I would let it through Diamonds.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I will never use Diamonds Sales & Lettings for anything, after the way I was treated by Diamonds in Caerphilly. The service I received was absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional and I am surprised that with the extremely poor customer services and customer relations that the company is still trading. The staff are dishonest and lack the simple ability to communicate with each other. Utterly amazed that people still use this company.

If I could give 0 stars, I happily would. But unfortunately 1 star is the lowest, which they definitely do not deserve. Awful company, rude staff, lazy and uncaring. Quick enough to demand money but rather slow with important repairs. House is falling apart around me but still nothing gets done. AVOID at all costs!

Done nothing in a property I rented for 3 years I had to flush the toilet in the property with a bucket of water for 18 months also I had no working hot water tap in my kitchen sink and the bathroom was dripping with damp when I left the property cause of the terrible conditions they refused to pay my bond back this company don't care because they haven't got to live in some of the propertys they rent all they care about is theirselves nightmare of a company

A useless "Managment" Company. Our house has been bit by bit falling apart for years, we have raised so many issues and none of them get fully fixed, just patched up, the lastest was a showerscreen that again wasnt fixed just patched up, which then in turn fell onto my foot, when I called them to complain and get it fixed they were rude and uncaring and said they cannot force the landlord to actually fix things, this was 3 weeks ago, and gues what my shower screen is still on the landing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
