My interaction with Move Up regarding a rental property left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite confirmation from the landlady that the property was available, our experience was marred by the rude behavior of an individual named Usman.
When my mother contacted Move Up, Usman displayed appalling conduct, showing disinterest and providing incorrect information. He insisted the property wasn't vacant despite our prior confirmation, and he was dismissive towards our inquiries.
Furthermore, Usman's disrespectful attitude and blatant lies about the property's status were unacceptable. His conduct reflects poorly on Move Up and raises serious concerns about their professionalism and commitment to fair treatment. Such behaviour has no place in customer service, and it's evident that Usman's personal biases hindered our ability to view the property. I will also be submitting a complaint as no one should be spoken to that way.

My experience with MoveUp properties is exceptionally good . All staff are trained to the highest standards. They are always professional and respectful. My encounters are with Hassan most of the time . No matter what time I reach out to him he will always get back to me immediately. He has never let me down with any help I have required and his positive attitude is always reassuring.
I would recommend MoveUp Properties every time and will continue to use their services in the future
