Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.
