Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.

Very unprofessional. Their lack of communication when we tried to buy a house through them was unbelievable. Over 4 weeks to reply to an email and to be told they dread calling you when I have only ever been patient and courteous was so disrespectful. Would not recommend or ever use them again

From one agent to another, I found the manager Deborah
so poor at sales chasing out and way out of the loop .My vendor /there purchaser is so unhappy with them.
They have no interest in getting a sale through and just passing the buck and not calling back , Just interested in touting other agents properties.
Lies Lies that's all they are good at.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our move. All the office staff were so very friendly and helpful in making it a smooth transition. Ben started the procedure so efficiently and understanding our needs exactly. Bradley then took us through the viewing stages with such a friendly reassuring attitude and finally Claire came up trumps and took us through the stressful finals making it all seem so easy. We had dealings with just about everyone at Connells Ferndown - Claire, Brad, Ben and Deborah. Every single one of them were fantastic to deal with, always there at the end of the phone for us and there were many, many calls before our purchase finally happened. But I want to give a special 'thank you' to Claire. She went above and beyond to get the sale through and we still wouldn't be in our new home if it wasn't for her perseverence.
