We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer.
The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us.
The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to.

I've only ever left two other reviews online but I felt compelled to write this one as buying a new house is usually stressful, and thanks to Tim, this one wasn't. My experience was brilliant. Tim was super efficient, helping me in many ways, and I was the purchasers, not the seller. I've bought and sold a few houses over the years and Goadsby's was far better than any of the national chains. Tim made sure he was available and always took our calls or phoned back promptly. A real surprise to deal with a company that was so efficient, even in a pandemic! I'll definitely only use Goadsby's from now on.

We looked at plenty of houses before finding the one we wanted. We viewed with a number of Ferndown's estate agents and found Goadsby to be the best, they managed to balance the interests of the seller and buyers, responded very quickly to any queries and kept us up to date as the purchase progresses. The Manager was first class. Would recommend them.

Very proactive. Handled the sale of my parents' property as part of their estates. As I live a distance away, especially with Covid restrictions, I had to rely on them totally. I was kept well informed throughout. Friendly as well as professional! They made a difficult task much easier.

I met with several Ferndown agents before selecting Goadsby to market my property, far preferring their approach (honest advice, realistic valuation, friendly and professional). I was fairly unlucky with 2 sales falling through but each time Goadsby got my flat back on the market ASAP and a stream of people back through the door. Excellent, consistent service - clear and regular communication by phone and email, efficient, reliable and tenacious to the end. I would wholeheartedly recommend Goadsby.

Richard at Goadsby has been brilliant (as well as all his colleagues I spoke to). Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to respond to me in a very timely fashion. All the staff have been friendly and very helpful. I've been so pleased with what Goadsby have been able to do for me and help me buy my first flat! I would definitely use them again in the future

I completed on my house, for which Goadsby were the agents, as coronavirus restrictions were coming into force. Although their offices were closed they kept me up to date with my situation and well informed of progress. Finally they facilitated safe handover of the keys and i was very grateful they helped make stress free transaction at such a difficult time.
