I have a leak in my commercial property. I was just called “quite pathetic” (via email) by mr. Ajay Tohani for enquiring about the repairs of this leak for the third time (after my emails were being ignored for 4 working days). This is not the first time I am being patronized by Mr. Tohani. Maybe I am being treated like this by him because I am a woman, or maybe because he is related to the landlord of the property I am leasing.
