We couldn’t recommend Mo enough! Our house was on the market, with viewings and offers above asking in less than a week.
Mo was very responsive to our queries, he managed communications between all parties and solicitors to keep the transactions on track.
In addition to his professionalism and commitment to his work, Mo is a great person and it was a pleasure working with him. We love our new house and hope we won’t be moving for a very long time, but if we do we will definitely use Mo again!

We really cannot speak too highly of Mo and of EweMove at Stratford (East London), who helped us sell our house. We asked initially for valuations from three different estate agents, but we were already inclined to favour EweMove because of their excellent website. This favourable impression was more than confirmed when we met Mo. He is always extremely professional, but also calm and relaxed, and very helpful with it. He neither wildly overvalued the property nor did he unenthusiastically downplay it (we experienced both elsewhere), and we felt we were getting an honest valuation. He held an open day a few days after being handed the keys as a result of which we had 12 good offers to consider in little more than a week. The whole process necessarily took a while longer than that in all (about 4 months for things to work out along the chain), but at every stage of the process thereafter he explained things clearly, and was always available to answer queries, advise and be of help. Selling a house is often a tense time, but we felt very safe in his hands, and Mo really kept any stresses to an absolute minimum. Thank you so much, Mo. Michael & Laurie.

I can’t speak highly enough of Mo and Anastasiya. Mo took over the management of our property in Stratford while we were living in Australia. Our previous tenant (unbeknown to us) had subdivided the property and was illegally subletting rooms. A Court case ensued before we regained access to the property. Mo helped clear up the mess both legally and physically. The property was then successfully rented out with Mo keeping us completely informed when required. We recently decided to sell the property. Again, Mo handed the sale with the highest levels of honesty, pragmatism, and professionalism. And in doing so, achieving an excellent result for us and the buyers. I only wish that more people in the property industry were as professional as Mo.

I recommend Mo Ahmed strongly for letting and/or selling properties. We first engaged with Mo several years ago, to find and mange tenants. It was clear from the start that he knew the area in terms of the likely tenant profile and the realistic monthly rent. He found tenants rapidly so the void period was negligible. There were some repairs required and again Mo used his local knowledge to get the work done cost effectively, and he always liaised with us so we knew what was being done and why. Mo handled several tenants over the period we let the flat and transitions were always smooth. When we put the flat on the market we chose Mo to market the property without hesitation.
He found a buyer very quickly and liaised with them and ourselves frequently to keep things moving. He has excellent knowledge of the various legal and practical aspects of a sale
and that helped us to understand where we were in the process and to reach a successful conclusion.

I have came across EweMove / Mo through seeing them successfully selling a flat in my area. I have appointed them to sell my flat in June 2022 and only after few days on market received an offer in excess of asking price. I had an amazing experience with Mo and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I had previously marketed the flat with a known high-street agent and they did not attract any interest. I was very disheartened, as I thought my flat was not sellable (even though it was a very nice flat).
When I decided to remarket the flat, I contacted EweMove. During our valuation meeting, Mo clearly understood my needs, expectations and timelines. He gave me very valuable tips on how to present the flat, and the photographer that works with him made wonderful photos. He managed to get several offers over the asking price in just a couple of weeks!
Mo is very responsive throughout, always at easy reach by phone, text or email. He followed the sale process, and was very helpful when difficulties arised.
Based on my experience, I feel smaller state agents are actually better as they can focus on a smaller portfolio of properties. It is likely that big chains favour some properties over others, and actually do little work for the ones they are not a priority.
I am obviously not moving home any time soon, but I would definitely consider his services again.

Very happy with the service received by Mo when we sold our house in Stratford. Mo was the most knowledgeable estate agent I talked to when deciding which agency to sell our house with. He also had an accurate value placed on our home (which was significantly higher than the other agencies) yet we were able to find a buyer that paid even slightly more than the value he set. The most important thing for us though was that Mo was a pleasure to work with. Living abroad we had to leave a lot of thing in his hands and everything was dealt with in a correct manner. Turned up at the property to view and speak with Mohammed Ahmed, branch manager at Stratford who didn't want to talk and was clearly just there to keep the door open on the property.
Don't trust or go with them, there are plenty of estate agents that are willing to treat customers with enough respect and communication out there.
The branch manager at Stratford is the worst consultant I have ever had to deal with. I had to chase him to answer simple questions and it was clear that he only wanted to get the max amount for the landlord, which is fair enough but as a customer, we deserved better treatment.
The reviews on trust pilot all look fake.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I have been in sales for over 10 years to understand that this is not customer service but just poor customer service.

I was so impressed by the service I received 3 years later I contacted Mo again..this time for the sale of a property.
The property was sold within 5 days.
Mo dealt with the transaction of the sale with complete professionalism,consistently helpful and attentive throughout the entire process.
I have to admit as with the nature of either selling or buying property issues do arise along the way and with my experience I don’t believe I would have completed without Mo being there constantly maintaining positive dialogue and assistance to all parties.

Simon at EweMove in Stratford. It is very rare today to get service at this level! We will never use the large high street chains again! The communication was timely and responsive, 24/7. The marketing was impressive, the property was on the web within a couple of days of appointment, very well presented, priced, and we had viewing requests within hours. The sale to completion was a couple of months, very quick, which was very much appreciated for our elderly mum as it reduced the stress for her.. The family had moved to Suffolk, so we had to rely on Simon heavily and he attended surveys etc on our behalf, as well as viewings at the property. Nothing was too much trouble. Clearly very experienced agent, we were guided throughout in the choice of most suitable buyer, and any issues that arose where dealt with expediently and in a professional manner. Simon and Mo have been a real help with our property sale. Before appointing them I got quotes from some of the big estate agencies in Stratford. However looking at the Google reviews and talking to Mo, made me feel they are small enough to give me a personalised service, but still have processes setup in place. Ewemove offer a unique service, in my opinion. I met Simon 3 months before I put my house on the market with Ewemove, which was partly to do with the Pandemic. I asked Simon to visit my home in March and give me some idea on what work I should do to get my house ready to sell. He did just that. He was honest, witty and trustworthy. During lockdown, he kept in touch, to see how I was and where I was at with the works to the house. He offered to put me in touch with people that could help me to move things forward. In June, my house was ready. Simon arranged and paid for the house to be photographed and videoed, allowing me to move furniture around to make it look the best it could. When it was ready to go on the market, Simon liaised with me regarding wording for the advert and we changed a few things. He then arranged an open day and I went out. The following week I had 4 offers on my house. Simon when through each offer with me, explaining each persons circumstance so I could make an informed decision. Simons' experience as an estate agent is very evident. He recommended Solicitors and other services. He knows what he is doing, he is confident, he answers the phone when you call, he is supportive and he is professional. If you are looking to sell your home, I would recommend you contact Ewemove and Simon. I don't think you could get anyone better.

I cant rate EweMove, enough. I would give 10 stars if I could. Anybody looking to sell or buy should use Mo Ahmed in Stratford. He couldn't do enough to get through the mess that my solicitor and the buyer s solicitor created. At times it looked like the sale would not go through but Mo kept his cool and guided everyone, including the incompetent solicitors through. He was punctual and took great photos as well as great communication skills unlike most estate agents. He even fixed the lock on the front door.I especially loved the little video updates . I cant recommend him enough.

One visit to his office was all I needed because I was working abroad when I sold my house in Stratford. He put me in touch with a good solicitor and gave realistic and helpful suggestions about pricing and presentation. He made regular international calls to keep me informed of buyers' interest and kept in touch with my agent managing the property to ensure courteous cooperation with the old tenants moving out.
