25th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Unfortunately, as I need to give the 1 star review based on the experience I have experienced with Keatons. Originally I contacted with Keatons for potential of selling my flat in May 2026. I made it clear at the beginning, my target completion date will be late 2026 and beginning of 2027. And I have agreed the fee at May 2026. However, when I come back to Keatons in July 2026, I have been told by the new director the previous fee can not be honoured and they can only do the deal at much higher fee. And no explanation is given despite I have tried to communicate.

29th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We have been very happy with Filtons. They were the property manager for a flat we rented in London. The communication throughout our stay was excellent and timely. Any issues we had were addressed quickly (service technicians, etc were sent to attend in a very timely manner). This was much appreciated as we came from a place where it took ages to get responses or issues resolved. They wouldn’t assume the issue was always resolved, but followed up through email or phone call to make sure the issue was resolved.<br><br>The deposit was returned quickly without hassle and I felt any deductions were very reasonable (which isn’t usually the case).<br><br>If we rented again in London, I would be happy to have filtons be the leasing agent. As well as if we owned and were renting a flat out I would be happy to have them handle the management for us.

James, Dean, and George were all fantastic from start to finish. 27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Probably the most helpful agents we’ve met in London by far & we’re grateful to come across them! My husband & i were looking for a flat & were ready to move the soonest possible. Carolina was so kind to offer us what was available that best suited our funds & needs. Pannay was also prompt to usher & guide through the flat viewing, he also was quick to give us updates from the landlord which was on our favor. Whilst in the process of submitting our documents, we had a family health emergency. This caused us to withdraw our offer as we needed to prioritize our family’s safety. Pannay was so sympathetic & had given us time to sort things out, however we opted not to push through still. All of the agents who assisted us were utmost kind & understanding of our situation. They kept us reassured all throughout the process & also had refunded us our holding deposit. All hands up & respect to the team as the benevolence of service they’ve shown us were really true to their company’s mission & vision. Again, Thank you Pannay , Carolina & Millie.
