I knew Paul was a fantastic choice when I received a phone call on a Sunday afternoon a few minutes after submitting a web request to receive details of the service. On a Sunday? Wow! But this is how Paul works - it's his own business and he worked tirelessly and seemingly all hours to firstly sell our house and then help ensure the sale progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Phone gone to voicemail because the office closed at 5pm? Nope, not with Paul. When he wasn't immediately available he'd ring or email back as soon as possible, no matter how late at night. We were hugely impressed by Paul's service and I can't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and he's a super-nice guy as well!

We purchased our forever home from Paul. He was really helpful, knowing that we were not local and only available to view houses at weekends he quickly got a feel for what we wanted and made great suggestions. Occasionally he threw curve balls at us which allowed us to question what was really important to us. Paul was as determined as we were to make sure that the house we bought was our forever home. During the process of the sale he was great at communication, open and honest about the vendors expectations and kept both us and the solicitor informed. This was a welcome approach as our own estate agent had become pretty elusive after our sale had been agreed. Finally on completion Paul was on hand to handover the keys and welcome us into our new home, the bottle of champagne was a well received bonus for what was already a seamless, enjoyable buying experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Paul to market our house if necessary. For now we’re going to enjoy it!!!
