I can’t recommend easy homes enough and it only took 2 months and 2 days from the day I got my offer accepted until the day I collected the keys. They allowed me to view the house 3 times (2x after my offer was already accepted) and they provided constant updates and offered their expertise and opinions whenever needed or asked for. thanks to all the ladies for their help in making our dream a Reality.

As a landlord Easy Home Lets and Sales have been my agent of choice for many years, because they are professional and fair to both landlord and tenant.They also go above and beyond in many situations! So the latest review does not ring true. I don't understand why the latest reviewer stayed 3 years if it was so bad ??. As our late queen said " Recollections may vary".
In my experience all tenants expect different things of landlords and agents , sometimes unrealistic.
I wish them luck finding somewhere that lives up to their expectations .
I would also highly recommend Easy Home Lets and Sales to any tenant or landlord looking for a good agent .

Worst 3 years of mine and my families life. Staff are so far up there glutes. Always blame tenants for mould or condensation even pest (ants) also after been told the previous tenant hadnt even opened a single window. Our move in date the windows were solid shut. Wonder what sort of cleaning EHL did hmm as they mention its not the landlords fault but EHL would blame landlord for hiring the cleaners typical ey.
3 years we only complained of 3 things mold on bath seals (possible leak) pest control (ants) and condensation all 3 times we was blamed and told to open windows, sweep garden(winter). Treating us like we have no clue how to live. One staff member mentions few kitchen cupboard was scuffed oh sorry metal pots and pans go in them, sorry i have a 1 year old and 3 year old kid ey. Dont get me started on the garden... DEPOSIT gone becaue the grass was ankle height all because i cut the grass 2 week prior leaving (utilities transfer & time to move stuff with 2 kids) this is after giving us THREE months notice to leave NO sorry TWO but the LANDLORD felt sorry for US and gave THREE as EHL says, worst was they always running away when posting the notice twice actaully not even knock to explain what to do in such a situation. i wont forget we moved in the trees & grass were over grown, moss on front back patio slabs, Before i left i had trimed all trees and bushes and weed etc, which was 3 days i could of charged EHL £250 per day + after robbing £695 for ankle long grass. If your young and its your first let? STAY AWAY. If you reply .. i dont care and we are glad we are no longer under your horrible service. THe neighbouring homes were right, its always best to go direct to landlord than EHL .

I have been renting with easy home lets for the last 9 years and I am very sad that our time has come to an end. These lady’s have been very supportive and have gone above and beyond for me. They work extremely hard and are great at what they do. For your renting and selling needs this is the place to go. One day in the future I hope I can use them again

As an "accidental" landlord who didn't want to have any hassle from renting out a property, Easy Home Lets have made this a simple process and pretty much deal with everything for what is basically a 10% (+VAT) fee. This also means they keep us up to date with any landlord requirements on new legislation, certificates and so on. Of course you have the option to self manage as well if you wish.
We have had a first class service from day one and hassle kept to an absolute minimum as well as attending to any repairs needed in a prompt fashion.

Found staff very helpful and friendly when dealing with my application and was able to move into property quickly. No issues with property and any repairs carried out as requested. Deposit returned easily when I left. Would recommend if looking to rent in the area.

Worst estate agents ever!! Rude as hell staff, never take responsibility always down to the tenant. Best thing i ever did getting away from them. I left the house a mess in the end as they were doing everything to take my deposit off me so i made it harder for them! They claim to have good reviews off people but last time i left 1 star they told me to take it down so this is why! Even the replies to reviews are rude so you can tell what kind of people they are. I will always try to change anyones mind who tries to go with these !

Second time we have used this firm recently and would have no reservation about recommending them. Friendly but still very efficient and professional. Phone calls always answered promptly and emails responded to without delay. Made the process of buying and selling almost stress free. Any issues were caused by others but dealt with by Easy to our complete satisfaction.
