I recently visited the Manchester branch of Easy Home and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect furniture for my living room. The store was well-organized and tidy, making it easy to browse the wide range of products on offer.
I was impressed by the quality and affordability of the items, and the regular sales and promotions made it even more tempting to treat myself. The location was convenient, with plenty of public transport options nearby.

I wish it was possible to give these cowboys a 0 star. Do not give these people your property, I have to chase up rent regularly and they are telling me that the tenant will not leave and accept a lower rent or no rent. Please stick with the well known companies such as Edward Mellor or Sanderson James if you want control of your own property.

The amount of times you have to remind them to pay your rent, or set deadlines and reminder which get missed is unbelievable.
They will avoid your calls to not do the job, ridiculous service, and they just love to shift the blame…. No communication what’s so ever.

When I think about easy home the name should change to lazy home, before you start jumping up and down here my case out and be the judge of it.
I had been easy home for years, they were keen in taking my rent but did not do anything regarding the service my accommodation had no WiFi which I was paying. I had contacted everyday and it just kept dragging with emails/calls not answered. In the end I had to move out as this was not the service I had opted for.
As Christmas and other family issues I was desperate to get my deposit back as a result I had given 4 weeks notice and cleaned and left. I had spoken with Abdul who works in accounts. Explained the situation and he advised if I leave before 12th November the inspection and all will be done early and you should be getting your deposit by the end of November. I was told the inspection will be done in the 3rd week and it did not. Later I was told They found no issues and your money should be with you...... it didn't they kept extending it with unnecessary comments else and they are trying to get hold of them.
With a lot of peking and numerous calls I got the email from DPS my payment is on my way and still they never bothered to give me a call or update.
You might argue I got the deposit by December, but my only argument to you is, the service you are providing needs to improve.
-if you received a call from your customers you have to call them back.
-if your colleagues are busy at a meeting or something, you have to give them a call back or send an email.
-if a timeline is explained it has to work (organising)
- training should be given to your reception on how to deal with different situations and to stop being rude .
Hope you will take this review seriously and introduce improvement.

So, if you’ve come across this review you might have also trawled through what look like very clearly fake reviews on how fantastic Wayne and Easy Homes are, see through their utter BS.
From start to finish, dealing with Easy Homes has been terrible, with poor communication, complete lack of management of the property, the constant feeling that I was been ripped off, oh and them forgetting to instruct and complete a gas and electric certificate for the property (without me reminding them about it)
Whether they are under new management or not, avoid Easy Homes!

There are so many estate agents but Wayne Scott at EasyHomes is exactly the professional you need when you want to buy or sell your home. We cannot speak highly enough of his advice and feedback given throughout the sale process. From day one Wayne gave us a project plan to ensure that we were not overwhelmed by the process. Shahzad is the owner of this firm. He has all the traits of a professional fraudster. I lent him money to buy a certain property of my choice as I was based in EU at the time, He bought the property in his own name and sold it on with profit and wont return the money. Somehow he returned the money but kept £5000.
When I reached to Manchester, I realised that people regard him as a nothing more then a thief or some time a day light robber. He exploits poor people of his community in Manchester.

Very bad lettings agent!!!!!! They are not professional and left us in a real mess with the tenant who was not vetted appropriately. They missed payments which we are chasing. They never reply to any emails and have rude staff working for them. Do not use them they will let you down and cause you all sorts of issues.

Phoned to view a property that is listed for sale, the agent took my details and asked which day I'd like to view it, said he had to arrange it with the tenants and get back to me which he never did. I phone back on the day i should have been viewing the property and there is no apologies, i was told there are several other people waiting to view the same property and that they can't get hold of the person who owns it. This company seem to be very amateur and do not understand the basics of customer service!

Shockingly bad. Hoping things would change with new branch manager and staff, but lots of promises but same old service. shocking they rented my property out, one of the staff kept it off the books, when i cam back from holiday to find out what was going on they told me the staff member has ran off and he scammed us to . They begged me not to go to the police, with a promise to get me a deposit back, entered my property and found out that there was a drugs grow in the attic. shocked again begged me not tell the police and promised me a deposit. They are a let down to start with. The house was furnished on their advertising. When I decided to buy it and ask, they said it was a mistake and not furnished. I wanted a second viewing and waited over 3 weeks but they couldn't arrange one.
I had a viewing for another property and I was told to ring again on the same day ( ????) So I did ring again and was told someone will be there to show the house. I was waiting there for 30 minutes , but nobody went there. I didn't bother to ring them as I didn't want to here any excuse.

I had a very difficult property to sell as it had a sitting tenant and required significant works to the roof. I am also London based which adds to the difficultly. Easy Homes understood the predicament and worked tirelessly to sell the property. They have access to overseas buyers which broadens the opportunity for sale vastly. I achieved an excellent price on a very difficult property so I am extremely happy. Easy Homes were excellent in maintaining pressure on the solicitors once the deal was agreed - this is something other agents simply do not do. Great works guys, thanks again

Said property was available immediately, and took £4000 deposit to take it off the market. Then turns out seller wants 4-6 months to find another place before vacating! I want out; they say they'll return my deposit. Ok. Except they don't actually send it. Said they sent it a week ago, but nothing recieved at my end. Now not responding to messages. Guess it will have to be legal action next :(
EDIT: I wrote this review on Friday. It's now Monday and I've got the deposit back. Sad that it had to come to this, but thanks for returning the deposit all the same.
