Worst agency ever. Will leave you without hot water in winter. Offering properties in unliveable conditions when you have young children. On viewing a property, they will make false promises on repairs that will be made and won’t make the changes before you move in. When repairs need to be made, you’re better off getting it done yourself because they will leave you months without the essentials. Agents will avoid your calls rather than getting a job done and will do a cheap and quick job. My mother’s property has had damp and mould for over 10 years, boiler has broken down many times and they still won’t service it. Boiler wasn’t serviced for over 9 years. They operate unlawfully and need to be shut down. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from this estates. They don’t care about there tenants. They will leave them without hot water or heating for more then a couple of days.My family who rent from them for 9 years have never had the boiler serviced. When the manager and his daughter were questioned to why the boiler has never been serviced they had nothing to say. They are very very unhelpful people. Really bad service.
