Terrible letting agents, has a history of poor vetting of tenants, our estate ended up with a flat being occupied by a large group of men following poor background checks by this agency. When evicting the tenants Eden Estates left no less than 9 mattresses and assorted furniture behind, they only arranged for pick up of these items after being threatened with legal action. Whether you are an landlord or a tenant, do not trust this company, your flat might get trashed.... Read more

Especially Mariam has been very professional and responsive, and helped me deal with a few issues both during my tenancy and when I was moving. Mostly "couldn't give a toss" service. Many times couldn't be bothered with safety maintenance but met a few nice people in there they have some saving grace about them but proceed with caution. They should have a vetting process for landlords dealing with dodgy people gonna have an impact on them. Vyshaun a nice dude though... Read more
