I contacted this agent on a Friday to view a flat 10am Monday morning. As I was very interested I called and emailed on Saturday offering to put a holding deposit down as I was 99% sure I would take it and didn’t mind putting the deposit down early. I was told I would get a call back but didn’t get either a call or email. On Sunday I received an email confirming my viewing was booked and ready to go ahead for Monday morning 10am. I then took the day off work, drove for an hour and a half to get there, and at 9:55am I got an email saying the viewing was cancelled as someone had put a deposit down on Saturday. I called the agency and they finally informed me that they do not take a deposit unless you’ve had a viewing. If I had been informed I would have either gone on Saturday or not made the hour and a half drive for nothing. Very bad service, would not recommend.... Read more

If you like being ignored, not getting what you signed up for and generally given the run around then you are either married or use this Agents. I highly recommend getting a broken tent and live in it in on the side of a cliff, because at least you’ll know how you stand. They make it personal not professional. Well what can I say apart from another 1 star review, wish I read these before dealing with the little man! What an absolute joke off a man he is, when leaving a property he tried to take £1100 to re-turf the garden, however thanks to dps we got our money back just shows little man syndrome is a real thing, glad I don't have to deal with this prat ever again! Will never ever ever deal with Adrian nor hunters again because of the stress he has caused to me and my family!!... Read more

Our tenancy started off really well, sold the property to us with all the great classic Estate agent lines and really helpful however halfway through our tenancy issues rose and sometimes took a while to fix them and us chasing them and we even had one issue that didn't get sorted until after we left. We have never had any unpleasant estate agents until these guys. Very sad and stressful after leaving.... Read more

Rented a property through hunters for two years. In this time Adrian was beyond useless. He neglected to answer e-mails with regards to issues raise, one of which was a live electrical unit which was broken and exposed upon moving in for the duration of our stay. I would not work this with agent again and would be concerned for anyone looking to this company for property management.... Read more
