Trying to purchase a property and Evans Brothers were the selling agent, I must say, I am glad that as a buyer, I don’t have to pay them as I would not recommend. I find their staff very unhelpful with such an attitude. After being told we would receive calls back, time and time again we were never called back. Told that the vendor did not accept our offer - I highly doubt this was ever put forward to the vendor. We travelled nearly 3 hours to see the property.

We have recently bought a property through Evans Bros and found them to be very helpful and our purchase was a very smooth process all the way. The staff at Evans Bros are friendly helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this estate agent.

Ordered gammon on 1st visit. Well presented and filling. 2nd visit,home made meat pie.
Attentive staff and sociable bar.

Quite disappointed. Put an offer on a property at asking price. I waited for about 3 weeks and continually phoned during this time. On the last phone call I was told the property has been sold. I was not informed that the property had gone to last offers and therefore lost it. I then said I would have offered more but never heard back, shame.

We were due to purchase Glanyrafon Arms (August 2021) with Evans & Bros Estate agents. Our offer was accepted and we got to the exchange stage. Via our solicitors, we were informed the property was still up for sale and the owners had another buyer (we were the backup). At no point did either the owners of the Glanyrafon or Evans Bros Estate Agents informed us of this.
As you can imagine we were upset and disappointed about how we were treated - very unprofessional and not the way to do business.
Over the past three months, we have put our heart and soul into this new business venture and made plans to make a difference in the local community.
Overall we lost about 3.5k in property valuations and solicitors fees.
Lessons learnt - we will not be doing this again.

Emailed company after making 17 attempts to make contact via phone, still no reponse, woke up today to see the property we wanted now Sold. Absolutely garbage company would rate it a zero if i could. AVOID

We have nothing but praise for David and his team. We fell in love with a rural property, far into the countryside and just what we have always wanted.
Right at the end of the conveyancing process, just as we were about to exchange contracts, we almost lost the purchase. A stupid mistake on our part meant we were not in such a great place to buy this house as we thought. It was a really stressful time for all.
David contacted us and asked if we would be able to consider alternative options, and very professionally negotiated new terms ans conditions.
We were lucky to have him and his team and also really nice vendors.

They helped buy us our house near Cellan...the best part of a complicated buying/selling process that had to happen in a very precise order. Everyone else we dealt with (except our sellers) were rubbish.
