I used Evans Residential to let my property in Southall. They managed all the contractors and helped me tidy up the property after the previous tenants left it in a terrible state and then to find me a reliable Tenant. Really pleased with they way that they handled everything for me.

Highly recommended, Natalia from sales team guided me through the process of sale, kept me informed, helped understanding how to best sell my flat. Couldn’t thank her enough. Also had my flat let through the same agency before selling. Joanna from lettings team helped me find great tenants, never any issues with payments, flat was being checked regularly, and helped resolve any maintenance issues. This has been a difficult time and Jason and his team have been brilliant, very supportive throughout the process so far. I have been using Evans as my letting management for a few years now. They go above and beyond, and nothing is to much trouble.
I deal with both Joanna's and they are both very professional and understand my needs as a landlord. They keep me updated with any issues immediately and aim to resolve them without any fuss.
I would highly recommend them to any landlords, they take away all the worries associated with being a landlord.
I have also used Evans to sell a property and again it was very straight forward and must importantly they kept me up to date at all times.
