AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
All nice and well when your in one of the properties that they get you in and your paying your bills on time and keeping it all nice and clean...however, woe is the day you move out! They will make up all lies to keep ALL of your deposit. They worked closely together with the landlord to work this shambles together.
They didn't turn up for check out on the day. Also, they didn't inform me of any issues (but evidently quickly spoke to the landlord to concoct a scam). Only found out of an alleged issue with returning the deposit 5 days after checkout when I chased them up. Apparently the property was not 'clean.' Which is totally false. We even left a good flat screen TV and new microwave for the new tenants out the goodness of our heart and we are now being charge for that! Also, for items that was already in the property when we ourselves moved in.
Apparently it costs £1800 to clean a property which is left undeniably SPOTLESS!
Do you and your family a favor and avoid these rouge traders!
By your response you are further proving that you are not only complicit in the landlords scam to draw not £1800, but now £3800 based off the micky mouse inventory you all have invented but you are TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and unskilled in handing complaints...
I have not given you permission to copy and paste a report that is addressed to the tenant and landlord on a public platform. I'm not sure if your GDPR officer will approve of this breach...However, you have just shown your professionalism to the public.
Lastly, if you know as you have privately confessed to myself, the landlord is totally acting immoral and greedy. You have also stated the home just needs a professional clean costing around £300, why will Bennett Homes happily represent the landlord again, who is going to inevitably going to do the same unlawful rent increases, charging for issues that was there from the beginning (which you said you agree with me on) and have tied to tell him not to do so, why are you happily representing him to get new tenants in, 5 days after we move out?...One answer, money.
You are complicit and willing accomplices of dodgy landlords at the very least and have offered no solution to this issue but have made every attempt to wash your hands of it.
Utterly unprofessional lot. They confirmed a viewing for a property on sale with us on 14th October 2017 in Hayes. I travelled from Liverpool with family to view the property. A lady from Bennett Holmes was outside the property saying she does not have the keys to the property. We waited there for over 2 hours and then told, sorry can not view as no keys available. How can they confirm a viewing without keys. I do not recommend this company to both landlords and buyer/renters as they are unprofessional, and unapologetic time wasters.

Discriminators, English it is not my first language , but Im many years in UK , maybe still some accent left, but every one understands me, but when called letting department to report some problem in my property, lady who answered my phone call pretended like she don't understand me, even I repeated same word to her five times, even spell it to her, avoid.
I wish to personally thank Simon Turner at Daniels Estate Agents in Sudbury branch for selling my property recently. Simon was highly professional, especially as my property was at the top of the long chain. Simon was calm and always kept us all in the loop to ensure that all parties were aligned to work together to exchange and complete. I was very happy to witness Simon taking the lead on certain outstanding points that required individuals or solictors attention to be resioved, without asking Simon to do so. I would highly recommend using Daniels Estate Agents and Simon Turner again, if I was selling or buying a property.
We used Daniels to sell our property last year and they were amazing. John Buckley in particular kept us sane throughout the process as we had a particularly difficult buyer. They were always approachable and went the extra mile in order to help us. Even at weekends they were with us supporting us throughout the process. We would not have sold without John in particular and we are grateful. I would always recommend Daniels without fail. We have used several others in the Harrow area but none even come close in terms of commitment and drive to sell at the right price.

I had a viewing for a property and I liked the place so I gave them an offer which was the asking price. The next working they someone called me from the office and asked me what do you think about the property it was like they don't keep my details and my offer.the next day I called them and gave them my details to see what happened to my offer and they booked my for viewing!!!! It was like they have no idea what they are doing. I gave them an offer of the asking price but they told me there is a higher offer than mine and vender wants more money and they refused to tell me the highest offer and they told me it's confidential!!!! I was like you asking for more money but you don't tell me how much is the highest offer? How should I know how much do I have to increase my offer £5, £500 or £5000 ... I said ok I don't want that place. It was very dodgy .

Made an enquiry and specified my budget and requested no time wasting. Before arriving for the viewing, I requested photos and prices of the property. I was then taken to viewings with properties which were way above my budget and I was subsequently insulted that I could not make a higher offer. I was informed that a higher offer had been made but the property is still on their website. I was also taken to a property which I had already viewed before and was told that the price was £1250 when in fact it was listed for £1150. Appalled by their level of desperation. Will make a formal complaint to the regulatory body as taking advantage of ordinary people is part of their daily routine. Their staff are not just rude but also skillful in making up information to their advantage. They will most likely reply denying everything.
