We were so impressed that we’ve even recommended two other people to contact Kyle to help them find a property to rent. Earlier this year, they helped me found a lovely house on the same street!! I am super grateful for their work. Jo is a wonderful lady at GG, she is super responsive and always provides insightful advices.

The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence
