An unbelievable level of service provided by Shane Smith at Eveleighs. We viewed a property on the Friday which we loved but did not think we had any chance of getting as our property was not yet on the market. Shane said he would do what he could to help and he really went above and beyond. He had our property valued, photographed, listed and then SOLD by the following Friday. Eveleighs continued to offer help throughout the transaction with Lynne Derrick the Sale Progressor relentlessly chasing up and down the chain to keep things moving forward and always keeping us up to date. All of this for an extremely competitive fee. I cannot recommend the team highly enough.

As a prospective tenant from abroad, I was navigating the rental market in the UK for the first time, and Gemma made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, Gemma was incredibly responsive and attentive. She promptly answered all my questions, no matter how detailed or specific they were. She replied almost immediately after I put in an enquiry as well. We made the mistake of choosing the wrong estate agent who in 5 weeks or so, only generated two viewings.
Changing to Eveleighs, immediately paid dividends with many viewings in the first few weeks and our property sold within the first four weeks which was amazing.
The viewings were conducted by Vicky & Jamie, who were extremely professional and supplied us with prompt feedback emails, lots of advice, and the office is so easy to contact and super helpful, as we had never sold a house before.
Once the sale was progressing Tracey dealt with our queries, liaised with our solicitors, and ensured the sale went through seamlessly.

Absolutely disgusted with this company, we made an offer on a house, they accepted it and told us it was ours. The next day we got told they had given it to someone else, that made a higher offer. Very sly and underhanded, would not use or recommend, very unprofessional way to do business. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Edited: I understand you are legally obligated to give your client the offer, that is not what our complaints were about, it was how you handled it. We were NOT offered the option to counter offer, we were told that we had lost the property and you were sorry for that. We had a further 50k we could have spent, so not only is this not professional in terms of how you handled it with us, but also unprofessional on your client's behalf. You also didn't tell us when the offer came in, you waited until everything had been accepted and gone through. Rather than take my complains on board you have sent me two emails arguing with me. Perhaps next time you should ensure all your staff are following the same procedures and ensure the clients are offered the option to make a higher offer.

I’ve just completed a purchase through Eveleighs and cannot thank Vicki, Tracey and Jamie enough for all of the support they gave me.
Jamie was very welcoming and showed me around the new place a couple of times, and was in contact with my vendor when I had questions about the apartment.
Tracey was always in contact, making sure I was up to date with proceedings.
From the very start, I had issues with the solicitor that I’d been recommended by a different agent, it got to the point where my sale and new purchase were about to fall through. Then up stepped Vicki, who was integral to my new purchase getting over the line. She was attentive and proactive in getting issues sorted and hounding my solicitor to get the job done.

I can only highly recommend Vicki and Jamie from Eveleighs.
Having did my research in my local area, I contacted five agents to discuss the sale of my property. One completely ignored my promised call backs and emails. One came to value the property and gave me a terrible sales pitch with even worse follow-up corrospondence full of errors.
Another did respond with a blanket email reply, and never responded after to value my property.
The final was an independent agent and although they were lovely to deal with, i felt their expertise of selling a property of my type was incomparable to Eveleighs. The reason i mention the other agents is because the way i was treated by these agents reflected how i felt they would treat my potential buyers (and i wasnt wrong). To me, the service my buyers would received was most important to ensure their purchase was as stress-less as possible, which would in turn make it less stressful for me (i was selling chain free).
Price wise, Eveleighs were comparable to the independent agent but having worked with them to sale my property, its evident their experience and large portfolio of properties helped my sale due to their greater presence and reputation in the area.
Everything Vicki and Jamie have done for the sale of my property has genuinely been faultless. The initial communication and valuation was professional, quick and to the point.
My first meeting with Vicki was again professional, punctual and i felt like my property was going to be in good hands.
I gave Eveleighs a key to do their own viewings and every time i was sent an email with viewing confirmations to make sure the time suited me. Feedback soon followed, and when a potential buyer didnt provide feedback, they were called to provide feedback. I felt my buyers were not pressured at all by Eveleighs, but were prompted enough to also suit my demands of wanting to know how the viewings went.
I received a report via email to report how many enquiries my property had which was reassuring for me as a seller. It was clear Eveleighs were also doing lots of work in the background to market my property.
Due to unfortunate circumstances my property was marketed for a long time. Eveleighs worked with me to help resolve my matters, and when i had given up hope, we agreed to let the property temporarily, where again, Vicki stepped up and provided me over and above service. Not once was i made to feel a nuisance.
Once i had remarketed my property and my sale was going through, Vicki also dealt directly with my buyer and my solicitor to once again step up and help me.
To find customer service as good as what Vicki and Jamie gave me is extremely reassuring and i am extremely grateful for all their help and kindness they have shown me.
I can only recommend Eveleighs services.

Had nothing but a positive experience dealing with evelieghs. Mum passed away so had had to sell her mobile home, had other estate agents to value property and they all tried to put it on the market at a ridiculously cheap price for a quick sale. I am a tenant who's landlord uses Eveleighs to manage his properties. We had a issue with our bathroom sink tap which was leaking and needed repairing urgently. I rang the team at 0830. They updated me at 0900 that a plumber had been located and will be in touch soon. By 1030 the plumber was at our house with a brand new tap. Our experience with Eveleigh's Estate agents especially their Keynsham branch was Absolutely shocking, unprofessional, and very rude, me and my partner called up regarding a new property on the market and wanted a bit more information and wanted to book ourselves in for a viewing.
We was greeted by the Area manager Vicki Kittlety, whom it seemed like she didn’t want to be on the phone. After this we then went on about booking a viewing, and because I work shifts it’s pretty hard to get a viewing together with my partner, then we was told no offers can get put in without the other person being there, so as we are trying to arrange a date between our selfs, we get very rude interrupted “so what date can you do then!? You keep changing your mind, your not making sense!” Very unprofessional in my opinion, furthermore, as the conversation went on we agreed on a date (Tuesday) then the response from Vikki was “No you said you can’t do Tuesdays!”
After this she said we would get a confirmation email, which we never did….
Later that day we called back up to ask about the confirmation as we had no received it, surprisingly Vikki answered again, we asked why we hadn’t received it and her response was “You won’t, it’s to early” very bluntly, we then went on and made a formal complaint, but being the area manager we had to put the complaint in to her, as we was describing why we was complaining, her repose was “No I don’t agree with that” she was declining everything we was complaining about and was being very defensive about the whole situation.
A day or 2 later my partner felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to view the property because of this situation, so we emailed Vikki to cancel the viewing, and her professional email back was “no problem will do.”
Absolutely shocking customer service from their area manager.

The whole team at Eveleighs in Keynsham played a huge role every step of the way through my grandmothers house sell.
I first met Robin, the face of Eveleighs when he valued the property being very profesional and very covid aware, and prepared.
He was clear, very informative, and I knew straight away we would be using Eveleighs as I immediatly trusted him with all his years of experience behind him.
Once Robin had promptly got the house on the market, Shane then proved his selling skills by providing us with immediate viewings. He conducted these viewings for us and reported back every time with honest feedback. He negotiated for us and tied a sale up, with great communication skills.
Through the entire sales progressing we felt in great hands with Lynne informing us every step of the way, making endless calls to get us answers and keeping us up to date. I am aware Lynne too has been an estate agent for many years and this really shows when you are faced with difficult sittuations within the house sale, as she managed to resolve issues some may have found daunting. I always knew if Lynne was busy with other clients I could turn to either Shane or Debbie to help me, or to get information to Lynne.

I had contact with 3 other agencies prior to deciding to go with Eveleighs. It was their warm and friendly (and sincere) demeanour that led us to sell and buy with them. No concern, issue, problem or question was ever too much for them. What was particularly reasuring to me was that they try and find solutions to problems rather than deflecting me to someone else. It is easy to be cynical and think that because fees are involved therefore they are obliged to be accomodating (plenty of agencies are not!) and friendly - I did not find this to be the case - they offered sincere and friendly support and I never felt that this very stressful journey would be undertaken alone - and I must add that their support went far beyond their contractual duty which is very rare. I can’t recommend Eveleighs enough, the service I received whilst not being the vendor was exceptional. If it was not for the work Robin, Shane and Bridget put in I don’t believe my purchase would have went through and for that I’m most grateful. Robin, Shane, Debbie and Bridget were all fantastic from start to finish on a long and at times frustrating buy and sell. We had some very specific requirements of the new home and the team kept in touch and offered a variety of properties for us to view until the perfect one turned up.
Robin was very friendly, honest and approachable when we decided to sell the home we had been in for 12 years and he made the whole process seem very straight forward. Debbie fitted viewings around my work, mealtimes for our daughter and an anxious springer spaniel - nothing was too much trouble! I was given very prompt viewing feedback via text or phone call and always felt that they had our best interests at heart.
Bridget worked very hard to keep the whole chain going once we had found our new home and was always positive and encouraging when we hit some difficulties. She was always on hand (even when I phoned her at the airport!) to answer any query we had or to calm my nerves when I was worried about the move.
We never felt pressured to sell or to go for a property that we weren’t sure about. In conclusion, we would definitely recommend Eveleighs estate agents to our friends and family.

Initially Robin helped organise house cleaning and clearance via his contacts - and lived up to his promise of letting people in to do things as necessary (because I live an hour away from the house we were selling).
