An unbelievable level of service provided by Shane Smith at Eveleighs. We viewed a property on the Friday which we loved but did not think we had any chance of getting as our property was not yet on the market. Shane said he would do what he could to help and he really went above and beyond. He had our property valued, photographed, listed and then SOLD by the following Friday. Eveleighs continued to offer help throughout the transaction with Lynne Derrick the Sale Progressor relentlessly chasing up and down the chain to keep things moving forward and always keeping us up to date. After being with a local agent for 8 months and having hardly no viewings in a tough selling period, we changed to Eveleighs on a trusted family member’s recommendation. Eveleighs gave us an honest valuation, combined with sound advice in how to prepare the house for viewings, which led to us finally selling. Although selling our house was difficult due to it being unique they managed to highlight its positive attributes, they always gave us sound advice and with their professionalism got us over the line enabling us to move to our forever home. Gemma with Eveleighs is the best! :) I had the chance to work with Gemma from Eveleighs recently, and I can’t say enough good things about her. As a prospective tenant from abroad, I was navigating the rental market in the UK for the first time, and Gemma made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was the only one throughout my experience to take the extra time to help me find the perfect rental. From the very beginning, Gemma was incredibly responsive and attentive. She promptly answered all my questions, no matter how detailed or specific they were. She replied almost immediately after I put in an enquiry as well. From then on, she provided clear and helpful information, ensuring I understood the process and felt comfortable with the arrangements. One huge thing that stood out to me was Gemma’s willingness to go the extra mile. When I needed some extra time to prepare for the move, for example, Gemma was understanding and accommodating, working between the landlord and I to make sure everything went smoothly. However on the 28th of October we met Robin and Eveleighs. We instantly felt comfortable with Robin and knew we were in the right hands. Robin showed us around a house we instantly fell in love with and from then on out it was smooth sailing all the way up to exchange of contracts.
