I’d recommend Gregorys without hesitation. They’re a small and very friendly team, so you get a personal service, and they feel like a fresh, new take on the ‘traditional estate agent’. From the first valuation visit they gave an excellent service, providing high quality professional photos and a good write-up of my property, and I particularly liked that each viewing was allowed half an hour rather than being rushed through at 15 minute intervals. Louis in particular is exceptional. He is friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and always upbeat, which is a great help during a stressful process. He gives plenty of time to listen to the client and makes helpful suggestions at all stages of the sale. Sharon, the sales progressor, is also fantastic – she’s reassuring and easy to talk to, and gives very good advice. Overall I’m really pleased I chose Gregorys. Matt Gregory came to see us and was willing to quote and had a very calm interested approach. He listened to what we wanted and was not pushy.
