Really bad and unprofessional. I Rented a couple of properties from them and they never repaired anything and if they did the rent would increase. Always said they would chase things up and never did.
They never Carried out inspections.
They also made a mistake on my check out and told me I was liable to pay an extra months rent due to their error and refused liability.
Davies & Way took a ridiculous amount of time to process anything (E.g. deposit return, complaints etc...). I would have to keep phoning them for weeks only to be told MR X is busy I'll get them to call you back, and they never would.
I also sent an email requesting to know what complaints body they are with and they never replied and just avoided it on several occasions.

Really nice professional friendly team of people. Take the time to check out the detail to make your sale watertight & also genuinely care about you & your property & getting you moved. Never coming back for their help. I had a viewing on Tuesday and I really liked the property. They said they will contact me to get my details and they will contact the landlord. Called them on Wednesday afternoon If they heard anything back from the landlord. They said they will call the next day. On Thursday still did not hear anything back from them, called them again. Friday - same. On Monday I was trying to contact them FOUR times - no answer. I called them from different number they answered straight away (!) they rented it to someone else. Racists, nothing else. I would not say anything bad if they were honest from the beginning and they kept me waiting for a week and I needed to call them for information and they did not even bother to contact me that they decided to rent it someone else. This is not a job agency.
