Unprofessional, totally stuck up. Would never go with this agency again. Don’t care about there property’s when things would go wrong, wouldn’t see it as an emergency, a lot of people have had bad experiences with them. Manager is rude laughs on the phone and speaks to you like she thinks she’s royalty.

Poor customer service is not enough to describe. Or maybe picky and judge?!?! Because it looks like some customers are receiving great experience. Unfortunately in Keynsham they are holding lots of properties and I had to deal with them a few times. Absolute joke. The manner of answering emails is so unprofessional and the toneduring phone calls pathetic

Poor experience. Unanswered emails and curt email reply when you do receive a reply. Turned up to viewing and had given us the wrong time. Agent parked her car in the only spot which meant we had nowhere to park. Would avoid, they like to have their signs everywhere but don’t value customers.

I had a viewing with Claire from Davies & Way - for a rental property. Though it wasn’t a match in the end, Claire’s customer service skills were impeccable. Claire was very responsive with returning my call very quickly, sent prompt and clear emails, was highly professional throughout the viewing and was even able to accommodate the fact that I ended up a bit earlier than the scheduled time expected to view the property. Email communication following the viewing was very quick also. Based on this, I’d recommend Davies and Way when considering a rental.

Super helpful and very professional
Olivia, Karen and the team at Davies and Way have been amazing from start to finish.
There was no pressure at all to sell with them and the costs were clear from the outset.
Whenever there were concerns or questions raised they responded immediately and always managed to resolve them without issue.
This is our second experience with Davies and Way and both have been smooth and enjoyable. 5*

Have used Davies & Way twice now, first time was around a year ago and recently for my latest move. It's been smooth sailing on both occasions however this time especially I've been really impressed with the level of service. With everything going on regarding the current situation, moving has been stressful due to the uncertainty, however Ben and Rebecca in lettings kept me informed throughout the process in regards to how things were progressing and made alternative arrangements to ensure I could access my new property on time. Highly recommend.

Really bad and unprofessional. I Rented a couple of properties from them and they never repaired anything and if they did the rent would increase. Always said they would chase things up and never did.
They never Carried out inspections.
They also made a mistake on my check out and told me I was liable to pay an extra months rent due to their error and refused liability.
Davies & Way took a ridiculous amount of time to process anything (E.g. deposit return, complaints etc...). I would have to keep phoning them for weeks only to be told MR X is busy I'll get them to call you back, and they never would.
I also sent an email requesting to know what complaints body they are with and they never replied and just avoided it on several occasions.

Seems like a dynamic, youthful business.
My family unit successfully landed a decent place through Davies & Way, and they certainly showed plenty of flexibility in accommodating our circumstances, as we were moving halfway across the country on a tight schedule. They also didn't charge us any fees, which is good from a renter's perspective.

We had a very positive experience with the Keynsham branch of Davies and Way. My wife and I were living in Aberdeen at the time (May 2015), we had already sold our property there and had travelled to the Bath area looking for a rental property to relocate to - a potentially stressful situation.
The agent we dealt with, Olivia, was excellent from the start, she promptly scheduled our review visit, met us at the property and showed us around demonstrating good knowledge of the house, grounds and rental arrangements. There were a couple of additional questions we had which the agent checked into later and clarified for us.
We decided to take the property but returned to Aberdeen and had to finalise dates and the contract from there. The agent was very understanding and patient, checking with all parties concerned regarding details of the contract, move-in date, payments and move-in arrangements so that on the day of our move all went without a hitch. It was a big move for us so it was great to feel that this side of things was taken care of so well.
Overall our experience was very positive and our agent was professional, courteous and diligent.
