We worked with Tom at Everard Cole when purchasing a property and found the process to be straightforward. As with any purchase, there are time delays when waiting for lawyers etc. but Tom communicated these to us and I would happily work with Tom again in the future. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY, WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A PROPERTY, PAID MORTGAGE FEES, BROKER FEES, VALUATION FEES AND MY OFFER WAS ACCEPTED TOO, THEY SOLD THE PROPERTY IN CASH RIGHT UNDER MY FEET AND BLAMED IT ON THE SELLER, DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO RING ME YET THEY CHANGED THE SIGN AS SOLD A WEEK BEFORE LETTING ME KNOW, AND DID NOT LET ME KNOW AT ALL, BLAMING IT ON THE SOLICITOR AND DID NOT CONTACT ME!!!...
