Communication to the seller on day of moving was very poor. Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.

Ewemove have been amazing, James has been so helpful and always contactable throughout the process, when my property sale fell through they had it baby on the market the same day and sold again within a couple of weeks. Couldn't have asked for more.

We purchased our family home through EweMove Barnstaple and couldn't fault their service. Russell and his team were fantastic throughout. They took the time to get to know us so knew exactly what our criteria was and made us aware as soon as the house became available, knowing we'd potentially be interested.
Once our offer was accepted their service didn't stop there, we were constantly provided updates from their sales progression team ensuring we were always fully aware of what stage the transaction was at right up until picking up the keys.

Wanted to drop price by £10000. Before it went on the market 4 appointments 1 cancelled 10 mins before viewing 1 walked to the back garden and said they did not want to buy a house on a main road clearly not given the information properly 1 was normal buyer 1 was investor looking for letting property. Highest commission is charged by ewemove for very poor service but they do little to sell your property
