Josh & Nick at EweMove are the friendliest and most helpful Estate Agents I’ve ever encountered. We purchased a house through them and they were on hand throughout the whole process, offering advice on the local area, services and tradespeople, and even offering their office for us to work at when we needed WiFi. They were extremely helpful in handling messages between the sellers and ourselves, to the point where we made a great relationship with the sellers. Working with Nick and the EweMove team was a pleasure.
The initial valuation process was upfront and open as to the state of the market, and the property pricing. After discussing the motivation for sale we came up with a strategy, and we had an offer before the house was even advertised as on the market. From initial discussions to offer accepted in less than a week.
The pictures taken were great, Nick even helping to move furniture around where needed!
When we next sell I will be using Nick again.

I'd seen Nick's social media presence before I decided to sell my property, so when the time came I knew who would be up to the job . I was selling an older, quirkier property and felt that it needed a particular kind of marketing..and along came Nick and EWE move ????
Nick was happy to talk at length about marketing strategy and a lot happened before the property went to market...you never get a second chance to make a first impression, so it's said.
Nick's photography was professional and effective; we waited for decent weather and at no time did I feel under pressure to rush things. The result was amazing and I was so happy with the way my property was advertised.
Anyway, I had an acceptable offer in 15 days which was more than I could have hoped for. It's pretty stressful having your house on the market and this part of the process was over and done with very quickly for me.
I also made my onward purchase with Nick and was fortunate to be able to have first viewing on the property I subsequently moved in to.
I would certainly recommend Nick and his engaged, novel and invested manner of selling your property for you ????????????????

I chose EweMove because they came across in a positive way. Throughout the process of selling they have worked tirelessly to get numerous viewings and eventual success. I have been regularly kept up to date with stats on viewings and those potential buyers comments. Whenever there has been a query there has always been a willingness to provide a quick answer even when having to chase our Solicitor with progress.

Nick has made selling our house easy. We had several offers and were able to accept an offer, above our asking price, within three days of our property being on the market. He promised when we had our first meeting that he was contactable and responsive and he really delivered on that. I know nothing about how to sell a house and I really felt able to ask him anything and get an honest answer. He even went above and beyond by giving us advice on making an offer on our new home.

Nick Badger replied promptly to my query, was able to organise a viewing the next day, and later sent me a video of the property, as I was out of the country, and a friend of mine was viewing it on my behalf.
Perhaps above all Nick and his agency came across as genuinely warm and interested in helping me.
Nothing beats sincerity and building good customer relations.
