The photos and marketing are the best in the market, we were very impressed!

Graham and Azra at Expose are so wonderful to deal with that I actually missed them once they had successfully sold our house and we’d completed!
They are genuine people who care about all aspects of the process from the beginning all the way through to completion and they know all aspects of the sale personally. I can’t imagine using any other agency, if it wasn’t for them I’m convinced we wouldn’t have been in our dream home in the time frame we did. Following the offer, my main contact was Azra who has been exceptional. She has gone above and beyond at every opportunity, calling after work, keeping me updated, and skilfully doing everything possible to ensure the experience was as smooth as possible. As a seller, initially things were fine. However, as soon as an offer was put in and accepted by us, the experience with Expose turned quite sour. We continually felt that Expose were working for the buyer and representing their interests at all times and not representing the seller at all. Communication was particularly poor. I had to continually chase for information which should have been passed to me as a matter of course. We allowed Third party surveys to be carried out by the buyers. Very little feedback was obtained from these and on one occasion an illegal gas disconnection was performed without informing us-the property owners! A hugely disappointing experience. Even the final completion process was cocked up and yet again no communication from Expose.

They have been amazing in selling our property in Anerley. Their unique approach resulted in selling our flat within a week. This was mainly due to the amazing Marketing that Expose is known for. We brought our house through Graham at Expose in December, and I can honestly say that it was an incredible experience. Our offer was accepted in late November, conditional on us completing before Christmas. Graham pushed for this because that was what his vendor wanted. Although we were happy to move then in theory, nobody else we spoke to thought there was any chance at all it would happen by then. BUT, honestly, Graham was amazing. He was familiar with the vendors' solicitor, and that familiarity, together with his engagement with our solicitor, and our estate agent (who we were selling through), kept things on-track, moving in an amical way, and essentially I think really helped to make the sale ACTUALLY happen in just over three weeks (despite some complications that came up in those short three weeks). We LOVE the house. We would thoroughly recommend Graham and Expose. He was fantastic. Thank you Graham.

We are using Expose to sell our house currently and the experience we are having is hugely superior to our previous experience of selling. We really feel supported in our sale and like Expose are committed to providing us with the best service and result from start to finish. We liked Graham from the start and his honest and transparent approach. We felt that both us as sellers, and whoever bought our house, would have a much better experience with Expose than with any other estate agent. And so far this has been true!
We were so pleased with the marketing of our property and Mel who showed people round our house did a great job. We had 14 viewings booked and 6 offers from one morning of viewings which was amazing.
Communication has been really easy throughout the process. Graham is responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. We have really appreciated his support and advice when dealing with the estate agents of our onward purchase too.
I would say Expose have gone above and beyond for us and what they offer as estate agents is in a league of its own.
So far we cannot recommend Expose more highly.

Graham came recommended to us by a friend who had an amazing experience. We’d had our flat on the market for 3 months with a high street agent who over valued the flat and got us zero offers or even any second viewings.
Graham was honest with us about the value and managed our expectations. Graham also prides himself on his marketing which was excellent. The photos were amazing and so professional and were much better than those provided by our high street agent. We loved the interactive tour.
Graham secured us over 10 viewings within a few days of the flat being on the market and an offer within 24 hours - we ended up going to sealed bids in 3 days.
Where Graham really excels is during the sale itself. Our sale ended up being extremely complicated and being able to WhatsApp Graham throughout was invaluable. He would chase solicitors for us and went above and beyond with his communication which normal
high street agents simply don’t do.
We’re relocating to Bristol so we won’t be able to us Graham for our onward purchase which we are really sad about. We know we won’t get a service as good as this next time. We would highly recommend Graham to anyone buying or selling.

Graham was totally upfront and honest about what to expect and the sale price to aim for. Which is far more than can be said about other competitors and their wildly unrealistic prices shall we say.
He was honest and reliable and got the job done very quickly. He also helped hurry along the buyers solicitor (everyone's favourite part!) to hit a completion date that really helped us as our mortgage deal was ending.

When Graham came to value our place, he was by far our lowest valuation but we liked him and trusted his sales strategy. I'm glad we did. We have just accepted an offer significantly above asking price (and above all our other valuations) which given the current market, feels particularly impressive. We were recommended Expose by a friend who had Graham sell their property, they had a fantastic experience and sold way above their expectations. So when it came to sell our flat, we wanted to experience the same.
Graham did not disappoint. The photographs of the flat looked fantastic, way exceeding those produced by competitors. The interactive tour really gave an accurate and representative view of the flat too.
Graham communicated well throughout, and managed our expectations in a realistic and fair way. Highlighting some of the unrealistic house prices some of his competitors make (we had one or two estimates ~£100k higher than his , unfortunately these were incredibly unrealistic).
When it came to the open day, we had already a dozen viewings booked, which ultimately led to multiple offers being made on the property. Graham helped identify buyers that he felt were best placed and most excited by the flat, negotiating for them to increase their offer slightly to be competitive.
The end result is that within 8 days of placing our flat on the market, we've accepted an offer and are happy that we've got a fair price. Given the current economic situation, this is exceptional and we're very pleased with the results. I imagine that the buyers are just as happy.
We're yet to complete the sale, but I'll update once we have. I'm sure we'll have more positives to say.

Graham is an example of an Estate Agent who gets it right and proves there are professionals in the industry who care about all aspects of a sale, not just securing a deal as quickly as possible.
His strategy is tested and proved, giving an accurate representation of the ever-changing property market. I had some questions and concerns, as it was so different to what I was perceiving the market to be when looking at places like Rightmove and Zoopla. However, Graham spent a lot of time (outside of core hours may I add) putting our minds at ease by sharing up-to-date data on how the market was reacting and how this interacted with the chosen sales strategy.
The concerns couldn’t have been more wrong…we had more viewings than I can count on two hands within a week, and had accepted an offer 8 days after going to market!
It’s also really nice to see the relationship he has with the prospective buyers and the obvious care that’s given to their needs, as well as ours!

We felt that the agents weren't taking our viewing seriously. It came off as if they perceived us as not serious buyers. No questions about us were asked. They seemed disinterested and cold, like trying to get us out of the door as soon as possible. They seemed to judge us based on our age, as they seemed perfectly friendly and charming to other viewers that came after us. Terrible experience and put a real dampener on our viewing. It's a shame, as we liked the property. Will not be using Expose again.

We were in fact let in over 5 minutes late and you did not mention the viewing was only available for a 15 minute slot. Your response reflects your lack of professionalism and it's really disappointing to see. We did not keep anyone waiting and in fact you were on your phone the entire time during our viewing, barely taking a moment to look at us when we asked questions, whilst your colleague stared at us like a stone and stood around like your bodyguard. I advise you take some time to reflect on your response and the way you conduct business. Extremely unprofessional.

This comment is utter fabrication. Your system is that customers have to hand over all personal details o n WhatsApp before anything is done at all. I simply wished to make a viewing to se one property, not answer lots of questions whereby all my personal info is then put on your database. As for 'tolerating necessary aggression', I think you'll find are the one guilty of this. Unless I gave you all my personal info, you very arrogantly said that you "dont think you want to show me the property". Ive been in touch with many estate agents, most are very pleasant - its the first experience Ive had like this. Customers - avoid this company, unless you want to tolerate arrogant and abusive comments (or at least avoid this staff member).

As a FTB, his guidance throughout the process was invaluable and helped steer past challenges of a really bad solicitor to end up completing in around just three months. I called to enquire about a property they was listing on Rightmove. When I asked for more information such a postcode so I could view the area on Google maps.
They rudely denied me further information and was very unprofessional. I got some very shady/ untrustworthy vibes from them. I would highly recommend avoiding this agency at all cost.

I went in as a first time buyer, and ended up dealing with a particularly tricky seller in the end. Graham from Expose was extremely persistent in making sure everything came together and getting all the activities completed, big and small. Extremely open and easy to contact be it by phone, email, or whatsapp. You feel like you're being looked after when going through the process, which was extremely valuable.

Expose Estate Agents is the best hands down!! I had the best experience with them and I’m no fan of estate agents. Having sold and bought property through other estate agents before, Expose is very ahead on the technology of their website, the ease of use of the portal, the live updates, the knowledge of the market and their transparency. I would recommend to anybody if your selling your home to use Graham and his team.

Graham was professional, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Purchasing a property is probably one of the most stressful things you can do and he made it very stress free for us! He went above and beyond to help with any questions we had, he was very quick at returning call, he helped chase our solicitor with us and helped get a fairly large chain transaction over the line before Christmas. I would highly recommend Graham to anyone who is looking to sell/buy a property.

Graham was acting on behalf of our buyer when we sold our property, and I'm not sure how we would have managed without him! He helped coordinate between us all in the chain. He even helped to advise us when our estate agent went AWOL. He was up front, genuine and put a huge amount of effort in to ensuring that we could all complete in good time before Christmas despite some complications outside of his control. We recently sold our Penge flat with Expose and genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Having got one of Expose’s flyers through the post telling us about the success they’d had on a flat near us on Jasmine grove, we used the QR code and whatsapp functionality to get in touch directly (which was ridiculously easy), got a super prompt reply and met up with Graham the next day.
Graham was a real breath of fresh air and he immediately put at ease by his open, candid and pleasant approach. The valuation at our flat was really insightful as he bought his laptop along and took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish including some insider metrics available in the back end of Rightmove, which was really eye opening for how the industry operates and showed how the local agents truly perform.
He wasn’t pushy like some estate agents can be, but consultative, thorough, and never took us for granted. There was a high level of respect which we appreciated. He took us through various strategies, what the marketing would look like and why it was so important to create amazing content. We had two other agents booked for later in the week as they couldn’t fit us in earlier but decided to instruct Graham the day we met. We then had the photos booked in for Monday morning, Graham came along with the photographer and some fresh flowers and a vase to help stage the flat and also fresh coffee for us all!
Graham turned the advert around the same day and at 9pm we had a first draft of our advert to review in our online account. The photos were incredibly accurate and didn’t attempt to mis-sell the flat, the 3D tour was incredibly detailed too and truly allowed you to walk around the flat and experience it as if you were there, (we don’t know why more agents don’t use this technology). The write up too was comprehensive and accurate without the silly overused superlatives we’re so used to from estate agents.
By Monday night (some 36 hours from meeting Graham) we had four booked viewings which actually took place before the meetings we would have had with the other estate agents! The care and skill that Expose used to create their adverts really was reaping rewards as we had 22 viewings in under two weeks and Graham gave us incredibly detailed feedback after each one. We got updates and advice about how the process was going and strategic advice about how we might move forward every other day. In just over two weeks we had three competing offers and went to sealed bids, selling well over the asking price!
The things we loved most about this process was the flexible communication mainly through a WhatsApp group meaning myself and my partner could simultaneously communicate. And it was structured around us (being working parents to a young child meant it was typically at around 10pm - sorry Graham!) The photos looked really brilliant and we’re confident by looking around on rightmove that there isn’t another agent in the area that produces adverts of same quality as Expose, especially their 3D virtual tours, which we signed off before it went live too. We could also see all activity in our online account which was really convenient and incredibly transparent and we loved that our buyers could book viewings into Expose’s online booking diary instantly and 24/7, in fact we could see most of our viewings were booked out of hours during the night when estate agents would typically be closed.
Expose may be new and growing but we were just so blown away by the service that we would recommend them to everyone.

Expose were professional, courteous, responsive, and honest. They went out of their way to make things easier for us - from being available for questions after work hours, (and actually always responding to our questions) to helping move furniture so our guest bed wouldn't look cluttered during viewings, to helping us with questions about our next move, even working within our tight timelines. Getting the flat sold in less than a week was such a relief as it meant we could focus on house hunting without having to worry about selling the flat first.

Graham Colliss really stands apart from the others. He didn't try to butter me up, didn't suggest a higher than reasonable price for the property.
