Katie has been extremely accommodating in the weeks preceding the exchange of contracts in terms of getting access to the property to get various measurements and quotes from tradesmen. She always went the extra mile and did it with such grace and enthusiasm. She was very pro-active, kept me posted, acted as a great link between all parties to the transaction and speeded up the completion process. Her contribution was absolutely priceless! I felt she really cared to reach the best outcome for her customers and offered a very friendly and professional service. Buying a property is a very stressful process but I didn’t doubt for a second that I was in good hands working with Katie. She was always very reassuring. We ended up not buying from this real estate agency but Katie Andrews was just the best person we've spoken to in the real estate business in London and we've spoken to a lot!! Fast replies to any questions, perfect follow up and reminders on viewings, flexible in arranging, very pleasant to speak to and while she was absolutely selling the flats we've seen with her, she was very honest and just had the best mindset I believe. She also helped me afterwards with some other questions not related to the property we've seen with her, just a superb experience overall.... Read more
