Slow at responding and gave very little advice when asked

On the whole have a good first impression upon valuation. However, due to Brexit, general election and then Covid19, communication became difficult and the branch (Penwortham) was closed.
While not wholly in their control, I feel the communication could have been better. The pandemic affected all agents but I don't think enough planning went into their recovery plan resulting in us charging agents.
