Absolutely superb! I used Farrell to seek an apartment. The service from Maya was beyond expectations and really couldn't ask for any better. Fast communication, replied and called to keep me updated and we managed to get me moved in on a date that I wanted and not what was preferable to Farrell, meaning they put me as the customer first and foremost. Excellent turnaround time. If you are looking to move quickly, Maya took full ownership. Can't fault the service that I had received. I'm usually one to find some fault, but I can't find any! Credit to the company.

I’ve bought and sold many properties all over the UK, So when I was looking to find an agent to value my property in Bamber Bridge I asked for recommendations. My sister recommended Alison Whiteside after she and her husband had recently completed on a property through Farrell Heyworth Bamber Bridge (a complex property purchase). They found Alison, to be very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding. I made an appointment for Alison to value my property, of all the agents I spoke to in Bamber Bridge Alison was the only one that was knowledgeable, understood the local property market, came with information and provided me with objective advice. I would highly recommend Alison and Farrell Heyworth. I also noticed that many of the Farrell Heyworth for sale boards in Bamber Bridge have ‘sold’ on them.

5star. Considering that I did not purchase a property with Jackie and Alison I think it is worth mentioning the quality of service due to my experience.
I saw how Jackie made numerous appointments and viewed many properties with me to try and cater for my family needs. When a suitable property was found they both endeavoured to assist in securing the purchase for me and simultaneously offering an amazing service to their client. On this occasion I found an ideal property with another agent however the way they dealt with me has reassured me that if I was to buy or sell again I would not hesitate in returning to FH in bamber.????

I have been impressed with Alison and her team right from the word go. They are without a doubt the most engaged, hard working estate agent around here. I’ve come across many who are not good at getting back to you or who are full of empty promises and you will not find that here. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. Extremely poor experience from start to finish with farrell heyworth of bamber bridge. We have just bought our forever home from them and had almost zero contact from them. When I have spoken with them their attitude has been at best rude and condescending. They initially refused to even allow me to view the house which I eventually went on to buy, only because I had to go and knock on the door and speak with the owner directly. I have not had any contact from them since we made our offer. Not even on exchange or completion. I would actively avoid using this estate agent.
