I met with the office viewer yesterday, a lady called Ann. What a really polite and informative lady. She took the time to answer the questions I had to the best of her ability. I thought I would comment on this as I have viewed several houses recently and simply had a door opened for me and that is it! People like this are so important and yet probably not praised enough.

The service has been brilliant. The Mortgage Advice Bureau representative Robbie Marshall provided mortgage advice and sorted out a mortgage offer for me extremely quickly and efficiently. This helped put me in a great position to make an offer on my first house which was accepted. He has guided me through the process and has provided regular updates on progress. Would definitely recommend his services!

My experience with Farrell and Heyworth Fulwood has been brilliant, i dealt with Tom and he has been helpful through the whole process of purchasing a property, from the start where he gave me ideas and picked several houses for me to view after sitting down and listening to my budget, requirements and wishes from a house. He was very friendly and i could contact him anytime even if it was out of working hours. Tom wasn’t pushy towards a sale or pressuring at all, he let me decide for myself and due to this i would recommend him to anyone purchasing a house and go to him again in the future. Overall i was very pleased with the experience and advise anyone who is interested in purchasing a house to use Tom or in fact anyone from Farrel and Heyworth Fulwood as they all made you feel welcome and made the whole experience of buying a house an absolute delight.

Had a valuation appointment scheduled in. Surveyor called to say he would be late. In the end, he never came with no explanation as to why. Tried to ring him, he just ignored calls. Rung to the office, was told they would look into it and was promptly cut off. Avoid these time wasters.

Cannot recommend Simon highly enough. He was excellent and I am not exaggerating when I say that my property was sold in record time for the full asking price. 3 days upon it going live and I had an offer for the full asking. I'm the first to admit that I wasn't the easiest to work with, but Simon and the rest of the team were brilliant. Head and shoulders above the competition.

We asked Farrell Hayworth to list and sell our house, in January, Simon the Manger from Garstang Rd office came and valued our property for sale, the advice he gave us was to prove invaluable along the way. We had found a property and had an offer accepted, Simon handed the responsibility over to Tom to market and sell our house, which he achieved in less than 3 weeks. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to pull out of the sale and start the process again. Within 1 hour Tom had us another buyer who had sold their property and looking to by in our area, the house was viewed and sold immediately. We had found another property to buy and the wheels were put in motion. Simon, Tom, Alison and the team at Farrell Hayworth Fulwood Branch, went above and beyond what we would expect from an estate agency, they became the hinge pin and driving force between the solicitors, our buyers and ourselves, absolutely nothing was to much trouble. Our sale and purchase completed, but not without a couple of hitches, again Simon, Tom and Alison stepped up to bring everything back on track. They are not only Estate Agents, they are professional, committed, friendly but above all a credit to the company. After the service we received throughout the process, our gratitude is immeasurable, we would not hesitate to recommend Simon and his team to anyone.

I rang the branch a few days ago and spoke to the most disgusting attitude person in the world at the office. He had a London accent sounded like he just landed from a circus the cheek of him to be in the industry i hope your reading Mr Heyworth he needs to go from your Fulwood office otherwise you will lose all your business

My partner rang in to speak to a particular agent to book a viewing on the house the person who came on the phone known as simon the worst attitude in history i would never ever buy a house as long as your boards are on property this is not London this is northwest wind your neck in sunshine

Had appointment to view a property. Agent did not turn up. Contacted agent, they said I could no longer view the property as a financially qualified offer was made. Not accepted by the vendor as vendor was out of country, offer was simply made.
Katrina Chinn can be VERY rude on the phone and needs to work on her telephone manner.
I'm quick to give credit when its due. For me to leave a negative review, you really have to push my buttons. This is exactly what they have done.
