I recently applied for a tenancy through Farrell Heyworth - and the whole viewing and application process was made very smooth and professional, with prompt replies and clarity on every stage throughout - I dealt with Maya Lockwood in particular and she couldn't have been more helpful

Absolutely superb! I used Farrell to seek an apartment. The service from Maya was beyond expectations and really couldn't ask for any better. Fast communication, replied and called to keep me updated and we managed to get me moved in on a date that I wanted and not what was preferable to Farrell, meaning they put me as the customer first and foremost. Excellent turnaround time. If you are looking to move quickly, Maya took full ownership. Can't fault the service that I had received. I'm usually one to find some fault, but I can't find any! Credit to the company.

I have been calling for a week now to try and view a property and the phone has never been answered and without an answerphone you can’t leave a message. I have sent an enquiry via RightMove and no response there either.
How do they expect to sell your house for you if no one can arrange a viewing with them? Absolutely terrible
