Dreadful service from start to finish from the Lymington branch. Wouldn’t trust them with a barge pole, useless. The younger man was especially uninterested in his job.

Excellent all round service. Fells Gulliver did a fantastic job in negotiating the sale of new build property. Ben Shiers went above the call of duty to help the purchaser and spent a great deal of time liaising with, mortgage broker and solicitors to ensure we reached exchange of contract within a reasonable timeframe.
I would highly recommend Fells Gulliver (Lyndhurst) for the sale of any new development as they have a good understanding of what is involved with new properties and the need for a swift conclusion......

Thank you Ben and Makheila for the empathy and support we had before, during and after selling our own home in 2022. We appreciated hugely, Ben, your proactive liaison with estate agents and solicitors and support from you both - through change and disappointment - as well as joy at a good outcome. The extra mile was greatly appreciated.
Thank you also for the persistent team effort - with Lance and Robin on board - in selling my parents home. For the tie up on the legal side again Ben, and for a satisfactory conclusion which was appreciated by both seller and buyer.
To feel able to trust, and to know that somebody `had your back`, was more than one could ever want, and certainly earnt Fells Gulliver their commission!
