I cannot recommend Fells Gulliver in Lyndhurst highly enough. Ben went above and beyond - as we were not in the country at the time he kept and eye on the property for us ensuring it was presentable at all times. Ultimately Ben’s proactive approach found us a buyer in probably one of the worst housing markets in recent memory. He liaised with our solicitor, helped both buyer and seller understand the process, kept both sides up to date with progress - he even set up a what’s app group for myself and the buyer to make sure we had good communication. I have never worked with an estate agent who has been so helpful, honest and supportive, a great communicator and 100% reliable. Thank you Ben you made a difficult process so much better....
