20th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)Went in to ask about buying a property Received condescending attitude from one woman then another woman came over to talk to her and totally blanked me . Seem a very rude snobbish bunch and I will take my business elsewhere
9th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.
15th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)Adam, Ross and the team could not have been more helpful, kind and professional with the sale of my mother’s house in Lymington. Despite the sale being under sad circumstances, the team were extremely supportive, offering clear and helpful guidance at each step. For us, the continuous communication and updates were extremely important and differentiated the team from other agents we have experienced. Going forward I would only use John D Wood for any future sales, the team did everything to make this experience positive and stress free, especially when dealing with individuals who have more complex needs and always with respect and dignity for those involved. Thank you to all the team at John D Wood Lymington!

It has turned out to be the right thing to do, as they have proved to be very professional, friendly and great at communicating on all aspects of our sale. They offer comprehensive feedback quickly and all viewings are confirmed by text. Special thanks to Madeleine, who has been so helpful and is an excellent ambassador for A&W. Also Dawn, who was very helpful and friendly during our viewings. Overall, a great team with extensive local knowledge and enthusiasm for what they do. Highly recommended.

Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. - 29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

I met three local agents and was impressed with the team at Fells Gulliver. They did everything for me including all viewings and quickly found a buyer. Highly recommend.

Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10

Michelle & Allen went above and beyond to sort out the rental of my property and they were cheery and positive the whole way through, despite there being some fairly major hiccoughs (none of which were their fault, but all of which they sorted out for me!). They’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with and I hope that they continue to manage my property for many years to come.

In particular Darren was super helpful - I received frequent updates on the purchase process before I even asked for them, had a good idea of the status of the whole chain, and was kept well informed of expected timelines (which turned out to be amazingly accurate). I certainly got the impression that beneath the calm exterior Darren was running around making sure everything ran smoothly. I have no hesitation at all in recommending!

My husband and myself were inexperienced in letting property and were unaware of all the legalities and issues that it would involve. From finding suitable tenants, to advising on what needed to be put in place and seeing it all to completion, James guided us through the whole process in a timely and professional manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending James.

Jessica showed us around that property but also put forward options of other properties. One of which we are now proud owners and have at last found a place perfect for us . Throughout the process Jessica was with us and worked with the various parties to get through negotiations and the normal property , search related queries. I have to say a massive thank you to Jessica and we will certainly be recommending Jessica and the sand banks tailor made branch .. who knows we may be back for more properties.
