We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service. Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed. He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. The friendly, hard working and professional team at Fells Gulliver went above and beyond to ensure the smooth progress of the whole chain when we bought a house they were selling. They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome.
