I would really recommend Melanie Gwilliam at Spencer’s of New Forest ( unlike my own agents St. Quintin of Ferndown!). She chased everyone along our long chain and was incredibly pro-active. I am not sure our long chain would have completed without her helpful approach to trying to push things along the whole chain and keeping tabs of where there was a delay.
