Just observing my workmate's utter horror story with this company unfolding now. He's lived in a property managed by them that has no working toilet, washing machine or cooker since he moved in 3 months ago. A workman was sent to fix the gas boiler who wasn't a Gas Safe registered plumber. It broke down again on a number of occasions. Dangerous wires protruding from a burnt out socket were simply taped up with black tape. Communication has been negligible and threats of debt collection were made when it was suggested rent was withheld until problems were fixed. A diabolical service that borders on criminal negligence.
UPDATE. It's now months later and after none of the problems with the property were dealt with and the owner said "It's probably best for everyone that the tenants leave the house", Ferrari Dewe are now pursuing the tenants to the tune of £3000. Utterly disgusting company.

avoid at all costs. when we moved in the boiler was broken, live extension lead with burnt out plug beside washing machine and sink- broken washing machine and oven. The Boiler was fixed temporarily by an unqualified handy man 2 weeks later, and not fully repared until 3 weeks later, (it had been leaking in 2 places and still needs work). Completely horrendous service, texts phonecalls and emails ignored. The toilet has now broken and won't even flush after being faulty for the entire 2 months. Now it can't even be flushed manually (putting your hand into the cistern which we were advised to do by the landlord) with no sense of urgency from the company. I cannot tell you to avoid them enough- don't get roped into it like we have. Shocking they are even a functioning legal company. We were given the all clear by Paul Ferrari to leave the premisis and now refuses to give us our deposit back. They take advantage of people in a very calculated way.
