I have been living on their property for the past 2 years and I don't even regret a little bit for choosing them. They are kind and would understand you. They treated us so well and I would still go back to them if they had a house as per my needs. Mitz helped us in all situations and Alex was my go-to. I would give a 0 if I could. I had an appointment with Anand to view an apartment and first I couldn't find the entrance so I contacted the branch and a colleague of his told me he'll ask him to call me but that never happened. I managed to find the exact location, waited outside for 10min and then rang the door bell but no reply. After another 10min I left and 10 more min later (so 30min after the appointment time) Anand calls back and tells me he saw me on the intercom's camera but couldn't open for no reason. It's absolutely rude for not meeting the client in front of the property at the proposed time, not returning the call, then knowing someone is outside but not opening the door and then calling 30min later without any apology and just asking if I want to reschedule the viewing. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.

It's the first time I use Rouge Property Estates to find a room to rent and I wish I had done it earlier. My agent is Mitz Patel. He has answers for all the questions and handled my moving process professionally since the first info I asked for. Comparing to other letters I dah previously contacted, this was SEE IT, SAY IT, SORTED????. No hidden fees or different pictures of the rooms just to make people get to the address. I have used Rouge's Letting services for my property for many years. More recently Mitz Patel has been nothing short of amazing in giving sound advice on helping refurbish the property and has also managed to find a suitable tenant within weeks. It has taken 3 weeks from the point of listing the property to the point of having a tenancy agreement signed & tenant moved in. What can i say? - Brilliant agent. Very responsive. Andreata in particular. She met me punctually at the property, negotiated all my requirements and the best price. Processed the paperwork in record time and provided the contract super fast. Was available after the start date to clear up a few teething problems also which was extremely helpful. If you need an agent in the Harrow area and the surrounds, i would have no hesitation in recommending Rouge and their team. I have dealt with quite a few agents with various moves in the past and these people top the lot! 6 stars!

I would personally give a no star to Rouge. I had one of my worst experiences with them while I was vacating a flat. And equally cunning and greedy were the flat owners. The house was handed over in the best condition to the owner and probably even better than what it was before renting. Which the owners also agreed while vacating. But the owners were nasty and wanted to make some extra money and saw an opportunity on claiming repair expenses which they had never done or mentioned. The information about past expenses was told about only after vacating. Absolutely shameless! The agents conveniently don’t turn up on the check-out day and claim that the terms were not agreed before them to support the owner as they get commission only from the owners. Thankfully now they cannot charge you admin fee and inventory check-out and check-in fee, which was an exorbitant fee charged by rouge before. I’m sure there is a payback time for the owners, and I hope and pray they regret on what they did. Please make your own judgement while going through rouge. No one should face the troubles I faced. Personal advice never trust anyone at rouge or some nasty owner like mine who you might come across through rouge. Please take all precautions. Hard to believe the positive reviews on this page.

This firm used to be great but they changed personal earlier this year and terrible doesn’t begin to describe how bad they are. I have never met a bunch of more incompetent, uninformed and uncaring agents in my life. It’s such a shame as I had given this firm a full stars based on the previous team.

Rouge were the managing agent for a property I rented in Harrow. They managed this for me for 8 & 1/2 years and can say that they were fantastic and reliable. They found me found 2 sets of long term tenants during this period and managed the property well. They also handled the sale of the property at the end of this period, which was an equally great experience. Within a month of listing the property, they had arranged an open day and secured 6 offers. They managed the sale well and so I can say they are recommended for landlords, or people who are looking to sell a property.

The service sucks...
The agents are so unprofessional. Tenants are neglected not responded to. Last minute cancellation.. they just dont know how to run an agency efficiently.
If you are a tenant, a major thing to make peace with is that non of your concerns about the property is ever going to be addressed.
Make sure you have a solicitor before hand for your deposits to safely be returned back to you.

What a joke of estate agency! I booked a viewing over a week before and I was asked to choose either morning slot between 9 and 10 AM or after 6 pm. I said that it was both a problem as I will need to rearrange the entire scheduled of other viewing but I would prefer morning slot. Asking them to be 100% sure that everything was fine and confirm with the landlord. All was fine, until the end of the week (Saturday 3 pm), when suddenly the same lady who confirmed all was good left me a voice message saying the viewing is cancelled but we could do in the afternoon. I gave the agency a call back and I was pretty much angry given what I had to do to my entire diary and she said that the reason was because her director told her that could not be done. I asked to speak with this "director" and I was brutally ignored. I tried to give a call 5 minutes after our call to the agency and all gone no answer. I decided to send an email and clarify what happened and tell them they caused me a lot of pain. They replied that the landlord planned to do building works exactly at that time of the Monday morning but afternoon was all good and of course he/she shared that only on Saturday afternoon after 1 week. I told them that they deserve 0 stars review - wish I could actually put that. Be aware people of this agency and these agents.

We recently sold our 2 bed flat with Rouge. We dealt with the owner, David Freeman, directly and had a good experience from start to finish. David offered an realistic guide price rather than inflating it to win the business as many other agents did. we secured the asking price within 2 weeks after only 4 viewings. There was a delay from the buyers solicitors which David tried to accelerate where he could.

The service of this agency was shocking to say the least ... we booked an appointment to view 2 flats listed for rent today ( saturday) and despite the appointment being confirmed both by email and text message, and after travelling 40 min to get there, nobody was there to meet us. We waited 10 min and called them, they didnt seem to know about our appointment and told us that nobody could come to show us the empty flat, instead we had to knock the door of the one still occupied.... OMG .... the building seems falling apart .. filthy ...it was advertised nicely with swimming pool ( which is not available as out of service for lack of maintainace ) the flat looked nothing like the pic ... it looked like some kind of accomodation of third world country... we would not live there for free to be honest when l called to enquire about it, l was subject to a spanish inquisition about our occupation and salary ( we are both professionals ) and we were laughting afterwords thinking that they thought we would be interested to rent and live in such a place .... a waste of time so dont bother if you can help it ...

After 10 years as a Landlord living in Harrow it's great to say that the Rouge team, lead by David Freeman are one of the best agents in the area. They are motivated to find good tenants and address any maintenance issues. The success of the Harrow office has been based on hard work and focus. The staff who work at rouge are very helpful! I was looking for ages and my friend told me about rouge so I decided to check them out. I walked into the office and it was just very professional. They showed me a number of properties and I ended up renting through them. They’re very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking.

Worst estate agents ever! Do not bother using them. Had several viewings with them for properties where they were misleading and/or did not know basic information about the properties. They make several promises via email which they do not keep. Very unprofessional. Just after your money. Would not touch them with a barge pole. Wish I had sent all of these negative reviews sooner.

Rouge property are absolutely pigs all they do is take people’s money and rip them off. When you do something from them like paperwork’s they say we will send out but they don’t. When you they need money from you they call you every single hour so they can get money out of you. Avoid these idiots. Worst experience of my life I would never go back to them and I’m pretty sure many will agree.

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Rouge Property to everyone in search for renting a property and not only. we have rented with them a property 3 years ago and their service has been excellent. We have decided to move in another area and so we moved houses. Everyone knows that moving houses is a very stressful moment - however, Eddi,Alex , Hassan and all the other staff from Rouge Property has been very supportive and even though we had to vacant the property on the 4th of August they did their best to find a new tenant so we can leave earlier - we managed to move out already on the 11th July without any additional charge. Many thanks to the Landlord as well Gideon Adey - a very nice person and always there if there is something to be fixed.
I strongly recommend Rouge Property.

ROUGE PROPERTY...WORST EVER..Never go to them....
They are a bunch of crooks who are a puppet in the hands of canniving landlords. We had the worst ever experience with them. When you go to rent a property through them, they charge you exorbitant fees and what one gets from there is nothing more than a fancy one sided contract in favour of landlord.
During the tenure of your stay in the property they remain unapproachable but once the contract needs to be renewed, they suddenly come into the picture, again asking for exorbitant fees.
Well, thats not it..when the time gets for you to vaccate the property they again play games. No one bothers to take a handover, you are asked to drop the keys in letter box.
And the worst is yet to come...when you ask for a refund of your deposit..they wash their hands off it saying that they have nothing to do with it and the tenant has to hackle with landlord. And if you happen to come across a rowdy and goon landlord, like I had, they just watch the plight of innocent tenants as a silent spectator witnessing hundreds of pounds being fleeced from innocent people.
If you go to them for help, instead they will misguide you to go for accepting the unreaso able demands of the landlord.
My sincere advice to all....PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO ROUGE PROPERTY.
