Andrea & co will over charge for everything and they forget the simplest of tasks such as remembering to pay ground rent. They will get maintenance Done and not even run it by the owner and they use trades that charge extortionate prices. They are greedy and do not care about the landlord.
They charge for fees that was not included in the Tennants agreement and you only find out how much you are getting after they have taken most of your rent money.
Avoid them at all costs.

I want to share a great experience I have had working directly with Steven from Andrea and Co. He has been a professional, highly informative, helpful and warm hearted agent from the start. He helped advise me on a property I brought and even supported me in the amount I should offer and had a word with the vendor's agents, which saved me £10K in a purchase. Steven also gave me lots of general advise and saved me money as a landlord when renting out my property. He rapidly found me high quality tenants with rent guarentee cover included so I had piece of mind. He also aranged small handyman jobs to be done and was able to get the property cleaned / ready for rental for me. I felt I did not have to worry about anything whilst in his care. #not your typical Estate Agent where commission is the focus, before client

No hesitation in recommending!
Very professional from valuation to completion.
Nothing was too much trouble , we were always kept informed along the sale journey.
We felt like our sale was the most important thing to them, and the buyer felt very valued too.
During covid restrictions, we were not forgotten with calls and drop ins to make sure all was good with us.
Will definitely use in the future, should we move again.
