Harry is excellent. Recently, he sold a property after managing the rentals for many years. The sale process was handled professionally. He was proactive - reading the market and making calls to find prospective buyers and then through to completion. Right throughout, Harry kept me updated and discussed any issues with me. Had a viewing for a flat booked and confirmed only to show up and wait for 20 minutes with no one there. Eventually when I called the office, they told me someone had already put a deposit down on the flat and that no one would be showing up.
1) Why book and confirm the viewing in the first place?
2) Why not call me to inform me the viewing would be cancelled rather than make me travel all the way and wait around?
They then had the cheek to ask if they could interest me in any other properties! No thanks
