    I wanted to update my review as the tenancy has now ended. The 9 month tenancy went smoothly, any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, inspections were arranged with at least 24hrs notice and at the end of the tenancy the check out was efficient. The deposit was refunded in full. Would not hesitate to recommend this agency. From the first phone call to book a viewing of a rental property the team at Fine and Country could not have been more helpful. They arranged a viewing the same day, the tenancy was confirmed with all references completed within 24 hours and my son had moved in within 5 days of viewing the property. They made the whole process easy and were incredibly efficient. Charles and Tracey have been fantastic. We have had a couple of minor maintenance issues in the first week and Fine and Country Fulham immediately arranged for the maintenance team to rectify these all within 24-48 hours, again outstanding customer service and efficiency. We highly recommend this agency, our experience has been excellent as tenants and any landlord who uses this agency to manage their property can be reassured they do an excellent job. Experience with other London Letting agents has been extremely poor, therefore it is extremely reassuring to be renting through an agency that is so efficient and responsive.
