Having mistakenly firstly wasted a year with another agent, Jan and Ildi renewed by confidence in the sales process; they were always professional and consulted me along the way. The previous estate agent had just managed 7 viewings within 12 months, Jan and Ildi had 12 viewings within 14 weeks. Jan contacted me and recognised the actual buyers straight away and worked with them and myself to make the deal happen. Both Jan and Ildi supported me as the seller and also the buyers thought out the process helping solving solicitor short falls along the route. The brochure was professional and the pictures really showed the beauty in the house and the lifestyle.
