We had been searching for a second home on the Poole area for sometime . We contacted tailor made to see a property we were interested in . Jessica showed us around that property but also put forward options of other properties. One of which we are now proud owners and have at last found a place perfect for us . Throughout the process Jessica was with us and worked with the various parties to get through negotiations and the normal property , search related queries. I have to say a massive thank you to Jessica and we will certainly be recommending Jessica and the sand banks tailor made branch .. who knows we may be back for more properties.

Tailor Made - and Josh in particular - did a fantastic job selling our house in Sandbanks.
Tailor Made unearthed good levels of serious buyer interest in a tough market, with skittish buyers wary of catching a falling knife. No agency knows the Sandbanks market better.
In that kind of market, more than ever, you need an agent with fluent negotiation and people skills to keep everyone on board, iron out wrinkles and help make a deal happen. Josh is one of those agents. He’s energetic, personable and responsive. He comes across as one of those rare agents who knows and cares about his market and his clients.
Without Josh, our sale probably wouldn’t have happened.
