BEWARE! I lived in one of their properties two years ago, and now I'm receiving an alleged debt notice from a debt collector company (from a period I already moved out). Shockingly, it seems they've used my personal data without my consent. This branch is untrustworthy and operates with deceit. Exercise caution when dealing with them.

I would highly recommend this estate agent ... Literally helped me from when I got let down by the builder I hired... Sorry but if you're thinking of signing up here then be warned and expect poor communication from MY ESTATE.
They will allow landlords to exploit fire safety regulations and jump through legal loopholes. I lived in fear of mine and my unborn child's safety for 4 months because the fire alarms in the flat weren't working and throughout that period no one got back to me about what was happening. It was only until I vacated the property that they noticed the fire alarm was faulty despite me raising this issue again and again, even from my hospital bed. Even then, I was just told it wasn't their responsibility anymore and instead it was matter for the DPS and hung up on. Totally unacceptable, the level of emotional stress this caused me whilst trying to recover from a traumatic birth. I never received a response to my emails but the irony is that they will probably respond to this review. Unfortunately all they care about is your money. They clearly don't care about tenant safety and will disappear on you and exploit you when you are most vulnerable.
Perhaps I should have expected it as this wasn't the only issue with the flat that had been ignored by the rogue landlord and incompetent letting agency. At least as a potential tenant you will now know what to expect

Do you really think you can threaten me into deleting the review like this? I have written evidence proving that I moved into my parents house after being discharged from hospital with baby and the health visitor visited me there 2x. I have never taken the baby there. The flat has always been kept in a good condition. We took photos before we left and you even saw for yourself when you checked it out, so it's obvious you are just making false claims now to make me look bad instead of apologising here.

Bad communication and unprofessional.
We requested that we had landlord insurance to cover rental voids. This was never actioned and we ended up with £8000 worth of rental arrears because of poorly vetted tenants.
They couldnt provide expertise when going through the court eviction process- avoid this company!!!

I had a gut feeling about these tools as soon as i saw the state of their office. Dealing with these guys has been a nightmare from start to finish. They use the most underhanded tactics to get you to pay more rent. As soon as you're about to receive your contract and move in, the rent has somehow increased giving you no other option as they know you will be homeless or lose your deposit if you don't agree.

Buyer beware. This site advertising Commercial property without notification of no connection to mains or water, with no notification to buyer at mylets. They cost me nearly 1000 in valuation by having false toilet with no connection. Also added costs of solicitor fees, where we only found out with additional water search. I could not trust them again, as they now change their name again and i don't see any registration for this company with any estate agent approval body?

I had an appointment on Saturday morning to see a flat in Guildford Street, Luton. This appointment was scheduled a week before and I checked again the day before with Xavier. On the day, Richard - who is a manager - did not turn up. I did not receive a call to cancel the appointment either. When I called to find out why no one had showed up I was told the number they had for me was incorrect and they couldn't contact me. I drove 1 hour to see this property and 1 hour back, wasted my whole morning thanks to an irresponsible agency.

Their ads on right move are full of hot air ...no actual reflection of the actual properties , the house I went to see was very run down 3 bed I could see a law suit for a state of disrepair in the future

Writing this comment off a recent disappointment. Got in touch with myletz sometime ago after found interest in one of a few apartments located in a an area of luton. Been told by a lady who was answering the phone that these all were on the process of being sold. However a few days later I noted a particular studio from one of these listed as new at a particular price so I called again and been told that tis does not exist by the same lady! Made my homework and found out it was there and somehow managed to go for a view.
Put my offer on this and another after that but no reply for 2 days. Decided to call back and been they could not get hold of the owner and later after a few attempts been told there is a buyer who buying all the apartments at one go. Been suggested to go and view another in a different area of luton and. Half motivated ended going there and pretty sure was in the surrounding area but no hints whereabout could not fing this 182 Marsh road. Called the tenants there no answer, asked 2 different people living in the area could not see it and finally decided to call the lady in myletz to just tell me to look at the actual address and no hints. Got upser and decided to leave for next appointment. USELESS!
