Selling your house they say is one of the most stressful things you can ever do and yes it is, however Rob & Toby do everything they can to make the process as painless as it can be. When we met we were told “it’s a journey but we will hold your hands and go through it together”, and they certainly did.
If you want honesty and regular communication Fitzjohns are the agents to choose. We were given an honest valuation and all viewings were arranged with what the client wanted out of a house. Not wasting our time or theirs.
We had a disappointing experience with an agent and had almost given up, the best thing we did was appointing Fitzjohns.

We have just completed a challenging move and Fitzjohn were our estate agent. They are very professional and curtious. They were encouraging and optimistic during a difficult phase. Rob and Toby at Fitzjohn Estates are amazing. From the stunning photos by Beth at Beth Saunders Photography to the walk through videos for social media, they marketed the house beautifully.
An automated reminder system for viewings, regular update calls, feedback and market reports took the worry of out selling. Rob and Toby are very professional, utterly personable, forward thinking and driven to do a great job.
From start to finish they made us feel like it wasn’t just about the £££ and selling our house, they have been part of our journey, and that level of customer service is a very rare thing these days.

Toby helped guide the conveyancing process, managed communication between solicitors and kept us in touch with our buyer.

Having just navigated what has felt like the longest home sale/move in history, just wanted to write a few words about Rob and Toby at Fitzjohn Estates - they were the third agents we worked with and we felt really brought a refreshing approach to selling our house - they've fully embraced the social media world (very few have), they're experienced in the Home Counties agency scene so know the ropes, their advice is pretty straightforward and feels reassuring, they're good guys and a fun team to work with, super-flexible and helpful, going out of their way to make you feel that progress is happening.

Fitzjohn Estates were the third agents I used to sell my property and from start to finish they were a cut above the rest. They deliver everything you want from an Estate agent but in my experience rarely get.
The photos of the property were exceptional and showed the house off perfectly and the use of the drone gave some lovely aerial shots.
