Bradley and Natalie were agents that came highly recommended by friends and family. From the first initial phone call and throughout the whole process of selling our house they were amazing, incredibly helpful and supportive.
Bradley constantly kept us up to date which was incredibly reassuring & he sold our house quickly to ensure we were able to secure the house we wanted.

Simply the best estate agents in the Tunbridge Wells area. This is an independent company run by Natalie and Bradley who are both extremely professional and hyper motivated to secure the sale.
Don't be fooled by other agents who will tempt you in with higher valuations. (We were and our house was on the market for 9 months with not a single offer)! Flying Fish will competitively price your house based on square footage comparisons with similar properties in the area at the time your house is on the market.
They help you to ensure your home is well presented for sale and their brochures are superb quality. There is the added bonus of superb communication throughout the whole process from listing to completion.
Couldn't recommend them enough. Worth every penny of their 1%.

We had a very positive experience dealing with Flying Fish as we bought our house in Southborough.

Natalie and Bradley were fantastic from start to finish in presenting and selling our home in challenging circumstances following a family bereavement.
They gave honest, straightforward and insightful advice throughout and their communication was first class - we never felt out the loop with what was going on in the chain.
In addition, they were always on hand to go "above and beyond" with things such as helping people gain entry to the property, passing on documents and taking meter readings. This was a godsend given we were 450 miles away!
Flying Fish are easily the best firm we have ever used and thoroughly recommend them to anyone seeking a commercially minded, astute and very user friendly estate agent.

Natalie and Bradley have shown continuous professionalism from the moment we first contacted Flying Fish for a valuation until completion. They did absolutely everything they said they would do, and quickly. Their job went well beyond finding buyers for our house. They answered so many questions that came up along the process as it was the first time we were on the seller's side. Natalie personally welcomed each of the potential buyers at our house. Property prices went down a bit after we put our house on sale and though this created difficulties, we were genuinely reassured to have Natalie and Bradley by our side and to rely on their experience and understanding of the market. Losing a family member can be very hard on anyone, but dealing with their assets and then the sale of the property is very stressful for everyone.
Well, Bradley took all the stress out of the whole thing and really managed the communication with the buyer exceptionally well and always kept us informed the whole way through the process.
