Natalie and Bradley managed the sale of my flat last year. The photography and attention to detail was excellent and very much focused on presenting the property in a very 'high end' way.
The flat was sold within a week and actually ended up in a bit of a bidding war! The whole process from start to finish was a high quality service which I would certainly use again.

We have recently just completed on a sale and purchase and I felt compelled to write a review about our experience with Flying Fish. Natalie and Bradley are so professional as well being people that are a pleasure to deal with. They worked tirelessly through quite a tricky purchase and sale and always felt they had everything in hand. In the past I have felt the need to suggest ideas to estate agents, but both Natalie and Bradley were always one step ahead and did everything in their power to ensure we got the result. I found it very refreshing to have the personal contact and not have to leave continuous messages with a receptionist. They really take the time to get to know any potential purchasers which results in them matching their clients to the most suitable homes. I would highly recommend using flying fish and wish them every success for the future.

When I first met Bradley at Flying Fish I told him I didn’t like estate agents, but he had a good response to that and an interesting story as to why they set up Flying Fish. I still don’t like estate agents, but I love Flying Fish. Natalie handled everything perfectly from there onwards, and guided us expertly through the process to our eventual sale. I cannot recommend Flying Fish highly enough, great photographs and sales brochure, great marketing, great people to work with, very professional. If you want to sell your house, use Flying Fish, not some stiff in a suit full of hot air!

Quite honestly forget everything you know about estate agents when you use Flying Fish Properties. This is an independent agency and to say they go the extra mile is not giving them nearly enough credit. Natalie and Bradley made this entire process as seamless as possible for me and by far exceeded my expectations in terms of sale price and delivery of service.

Through extremely difficult and complicated conveyancing Flying Fish Properties showed consistent proactivity and a relentless tenacity to please and get results. If you are in the Tunbridge Wells area or further afield into Kent/East Sussex these guys are simply incomparable and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
