Last week we moved into our beautiful cottage purchased through Knight Frank in Tunbridge Wells. The whole process was very ably steered by Holly Sibley. Holly was very professional, personable and efficient whilst being a delight to talk to. She is an excellent communicator and despite unusual circumstances managed the whole chain keeping it together and moving forwards. We are very grateful to her and enjoyed her company along the way.

We have recently sold our listed house in Tenterden using Simon Biddulph at Knight Frank’s Tunbridge Wells office. He is extremely pleasant to deal with - exceptionally so - and despite an abortive sale last summer he persevered until we sold to another couple. He took a lot of trouble not only in negotiations but also as the transactions progressed.
The back up team in the office was very efficient over the brochure, advertising and viewings. Knight Frank normally show viewers round and had very pleasant ladies for that task, involving many viewings. That said, the only 2 offers made were from viewers whom we showed round; that may be coincide, but as reasonably calm sellers we may have projected a fuller and warmer offering.
I would strongly recommend Simon and his office.

We had a long delay in getting our sale to the point of exchange. Simon was extremely supportive and went beyond the call of duty to help this process. All the staff were 100% professional and always dealt with any requests immediately, there was no frustration in waiting for them to respond. We would definitely recommend Knight Frank.

Listed house for 2 months with Knight Frank, at their recommended price. During the time they found one prospective purchaser and forgot to turn up for the viewing and, when contacted, said that everyone was in a meeting and nothing could be done. Whilst the market is subdued, forgetting to turn up to the only viewing is unforgivable. We had paid £300 upfront for photos, plans and EPC - they gave these to us, but rfeused to refund the £300 :( Would not recommend - chaotic office with unhelpful staff. Have gone elsewhere!

We have just bought a house through Knight Frank, dealing with Ross throughout the process.
Ross has gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions, helping to ensure that the chain remains intact and moves forwards despite some challenging timescales. He’s been brilliant.
We have no plans to move again for a very long time, but if we did I’d have no hesitation in instructing Knight Frank.
