Sold quickly but just about any estate agent could have done the same. No real communication, with us contacting to bring them up to date, and asking for more interaction from them. Their bill went in on exchange day, but no contact to us - no thanks, card, Champagne. Go for purple bricks, not used but cheaper!... Read more

Property marketed on a Wednesday, week later on the Thursday (with six viewings booked) I had three offers! Owner really down to earth, fair and friendly, but above all, and bearing in mind estate agents aren't held in high esteem: honest! Did what he said he would do, when he said he would. Staff in the office polite, friendly and efficient, and communication was excellent. Not difficult to see why they're the number one agent in Seaton. Well done guys!... Read more

Awful initial contact with this estate agent. Booked a valuation online on the 28th July 2019. Had a confirmation to say this had been arranged for the following week. No one turned up. Rang the office and the receptionist said that we should have contacted to confirm, when clearly states on the confirmation email they would contact. Her attitude was we should be chasing them. I explained this is an error on their behalf and she couldn’t get of the phone quick enough she said she had someone here to deal with. If they are like that for a valuation appointment image what they are like selling your house. Fantastic ... not... Read more
