We knew from the moment we met Martin at Forum Sales and Letting that he was the right person for us. Martin took great care in selling our home of 45 years. He spent the time explaining to my dad of 82 years the processes involved, he turned up early to spend time to chat to my dad as he knew he was desperately lonely. Martin always made sure to confirm anything with me so I heard the info first hand (my dad would get a bit muddled) and he took time to advise on of what was happening in the market.

Forum Sales were brilliant at selling my house. It was Martin who dealt with everything from start to finish. We had a couple of bridges to cross as our first buyer had to pull out but Martin readvertised straight away and we started to get viewings. It wasn't back on the market long before we had our new buyers who were very patient whilst I managed to find somewhere new. From start to finish Martin was very helpful and patient and was always on hand at the end of a phone for any queries I had. We all know that buying a house can be stressful, let alone doing it at the start of a worldwide pandemic and a national lockdown, whilst starting a new job ... and it was!

Everyone in the team at Forum Sales & Lettings were really lovely and helpful with the sale of our property.
We’d previously gone with a competitor of theirs who never got back to us and didn’t get us any viewings in the 2 weeks we were with them, and we found them rather rude.
Within 2 days of being with Forum they’d already booked 3 viewings in for that week and couldn’t be more friendly and responsive.
Martin was our main contact there and he went above and beyond to help us out and answer any queries we had. He even came to do viewings on his days off, he’s that committed! We really cannot fault Forum Sales & Lettings and will recommend them to all friends and family.

I dealt mainly with Martin. They have been very accommodating throughout the process - as my husband and I visited the property often (it was empty) to measure up and get builders quotes. Always easy to get hold of.
Towards end of the purchasing process Forum helped loads to get things moving with the vendor (the property was in probate) - things that would have taken considerably longer without their help.
On day of exchange - Martin even popped up to the cottage to pop the heating on in readiness for our arrival.

All smiles yet totally useless about as good as most other agents, told got house, paid deposit then handed in our notice to current landlord then get told sorry the owner wants his daughters friends to have property, no other offers of property, promises of getting back to you but don't, being a local firm thought we'd give them a try?? Save your money and effort, I walk in office pay deposit... I'm mixed race... 2 hours later get told this about property??? Sounds like racism to me?? Draw your own conclusions AVOID THIS RACIST FIRM

These people will take your money and run away. On the day you move into your property it will be filthy and many things will be broken. You may have to wash down the walls and have the carpets cleaned yourself. They won't even care. Do not use these cowboys, find a private landlord who cares. Enough said.
