We would like to thank our estate agent Natalie Hingley for the excellent service she provided us throughout this transaction. From the start we were very impressed by her professionalism and expertise on all things relevant to selling and buying a property. She ensured excellent photographic coverage of our property which really captured its character and features to full advantage. She then sold it very quickly and throughout the next weeks until completion she was most efficient in dealing with any arising issues. She was extremely helpful in quickly answering and dealing with matters as they arose. Her professional knowledge and expertise made us aware that we were in very safe hands. Natalie also went the extra mile to be extremely helpful. Thank you very much Natalie for making this process so very smooth for us.

Their friendly and informative staff were very helpful and could not assist enough in the selling process of our home. Justin Thomas we found to be a pleasure to work with and couldn't do enough to help in the sale of our three bedroom house in Poole.

9th Jan 2024 (11 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

I credit David for being key to my purchase going through. David was proactive and liaised confidently with all parties to overcome any issues and ensure a successful outcome. I highly recommend Symonds and Sampsons.
8th Sep 2024 (14 weeks ago)DOMVS in Dorchester have just helped us to complete on my Mum's retirement flat, a difficult niche property market. They were there for us through all the ups and the downs, such as when the original chain collapsed, with great professional advice and they helped us pick ourselves up again & achieve a successful sale. I would particularly like to thank Nicky and Marcus who have been particularly supportive and just all around brilliant! If you are thinking of selling your property, I cannot recommend DOMVS highly enough.
18th Nov 2024 (25 days ago)We purchased our first home through Meyers in 2021 and received great service from everyone we came into contact with throughout the process, so when it came to listing our property for let it made sense for us to choose them again. We couldn't fault the service the provided. From initial discussions through to signing our side of the letting agreement, Alec was on hand to answer all our questions (and there were many!). He patiently provided us with all the information we needed, and was happy to revisit us in person when we asked him to. We also dealt with Flo who was fantastic at keeping us updated at all stages of finding tenants, organising viewings, having checks completed, and handing over the keys. She was professional, approachable, and friendly, and provided us with quick responses at every turn. Having the process be so straightforward and stress free was fantastic, especially as we are now non-UK resident landlords, we would highly recommend Meyers to anyone looking to let their property.- 2nd Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Wonderful experience from start to finish, Meredith was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the auction process. As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. Communication was first class, they were transparent and proactive with getting the property sale over the line. Special mention to Mark and Jake for their support. 18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Josh and the team provided excellent service from producing fantastic photos/ listings to conducting professional and thorough viewings and always providing honest feedback. Josh was also invaluable during the conveyancing process, being very pro-active and chasing everyone up to ensure we met the agreed timelines and that everyone knew what information was outstanding. Recommend.
