Drove 4.5 hours to view a property that was labeled as "ready for and in great condition" I also rang the agent before setting off asking explicitly if there were any issues not noted in the description, as I didn't want to waste 9 hours of driving.
It turned the pictures of the property were 3 years out of date and the property was in a state of disrepair with mould, rotten beams, render falling off the walls, the garden looked like it hadn't been looked after.
Really disappointing service.

Not a great experience, I tried on a few occasions to get in touch to arrange a house viewing with no luck. My wife eventually managed to book a viewing but after 25 minutes of waiting, no curtesy call saying they would be late and us trying multiple times to contact them we got fed up and left without being able to see the house.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else - these guys worked tirelessly to sell our property and find us a new one!
The owner was fantastic, knowledgeable and honest throughout both transactions and I would and am using them again.

Rented one property from this agent.
Do not go anywhere near this company.
Absolute criminals.
This is the first time I have needed to turn to the police to report an agent. The agent allowed the property owner to enter my home while I was away. Jewellery, money and family antiques were stolen.
I am absolutely disgusted.

They are very loyal to their clients and hardworking. I now feel like Philip is more of an acquaintance now and he has helped us settle into our new location and community.

Rented two properties from Fowlers from early 2017 to late 2018.
Found Fowlers to be considerate, caring, responsive and professional.
Deposits returned promptly at end of our tenancies due to us leaving the properties in good order and staff always treated us with respect.

This will be the second time we have instructed Fowlers to sell our house and we also worked with them to sell our daughters house. We have nothing but praise for the quality of the service. This is a long standing independent agent and they have a wealth of knowledge about selling properties here on Dartmoor. We have appreciated their negotiating skills, willingness to hear our input and to answer our questions. All is clear and straightforward, nothing too much trouble. We hope, in due course to achieve a successful sale.
