Frank Hill have consistently demonstrated a lack of respect and trust during our tenancy. They have an obvious bias towards the landlord and act as if they have no obligations to the tenant. They have jumped at opportunities to “finger point” where such opportunities do not exist. Tenants beware.... Read more

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience as tenants. The property was unsafe and unfit for purpose, no support at all from the estate agent. We had no choice but to move from the property. Many emails notifying estate agent of the issues, however nothing was rectified. On a few occasions we had to get builders/roofers in ourselves to sort serious problems out. Unannounced visits from landlords, no support with this from the estate agent, black mold and significant damp issues which we couldn't live with as we had a newborn baby. I would not recommend this estate agent for tenants or in fact landlords, as many of the problems we faced were to the detriment of the landlords too. (Serious structural problems) we were unsure if information was ever actually passed on to the landlords.... Read more
