We decided to use Beercocks having received 3 very similar valuations from estate agents. We chose them based upon their reputation and the number of properties in the area for sale with them. They may not have been the cheapest, but I think they are able to achieve a higher asking price through better marketing, and therefore more than make up for the additional cost. The staff have been extremely responsive and helpful through the process so far. They had a list of potential buyers for our type of property prior to instruction, and immediately contacted them and 4 viewings were booked within a day of our instruction. The second viewing resulted in a sale within 3 days for the full asking price, and is going through subject to contract. We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Beercocks and would highly recommend them. Many thanks.

We used Beercocks of Hedon to market and sell out house after 18 months of using a local competitor.
Within the first few days, potential buyers were already showing interest and within 7 days we had a firm offer.
We found the office staff very helpful and professional, easy to deal with and they handled all the house showings with profesionalism and courtesy.
The whole selling experience was conducted well, any queries answered promptly to our satisfaction.
The sale was completed within the agreed timeframe and without issue.
Anyone wanting the services of a local estate agent in the Holderness Area would be wise to visit Beercocks and ask for their help especially if selling.
They have been a great help to us as first time sellers and cant recommend them enough.

I received an excellent and professional service from Beercocks’ Hedon office in the sale of our late Aunt’s house in Thorngumbald.
The valuation was free, and it was also the most accurate we received. The For Sale sign was put up the day after I signed the agreement, and we had viewings within a week.
Beercocks made the whole process of selling run smoothly and hassle free, and the property sold only 6 weeks after it went on the market. I would definitely recommend Beercocks to anyone who wants to sell a property.
